The staff was great! The rooms were wonderful! Locstion ideal. 3 minutes ways from anything you’ll need or want.I highly recommend.We were on a soccer road trip from St Louis and everyone I spoke to had the same experience. No reason to stay anywhere else if you’re visiting in the area.

The Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs is an excellent mid-priced hotel in the Franklin, TN area. There are ample shopping and restaurants close by. The hotel is fairly new and it is well-maintained. The desk staff was exceptional during our stay and could not have been more helpful or friendly. They gave us great dining suggestions and were always ready to assist in any way they could. (The day/morning staff was particularly helpful.) The hot breakfast buffet was good - fairly normal for hotels in this price range. On Wednesday night, there was live entertainment provided by a young woman named Jay Rin. She was very talented and engaging with those of us who had stopped by the lounge to listen. Overall, a great Nashville experience.

Rooms are always clean. Service is always the acceptable standard. The location couldn't be better, access to restaurants, shopping as well as supermarkets.

Dirty. The breakfast tables and the room felt like it all needed a good scrub down. The person at the front desk was rude. The pool area is nice, but the water temp is really cold.

I can truly say that this hotel experience was amazing! The staff was really wonderful! The king bed was sooooo comfortable and the pillows were not soft but not hard either and I really enjoyed sleeping on them. The room itself was bigger than what I am used to and had a coffee maker microwave oven and a fridge. The shower was a huge walk in with shampoo, shower gel (smelled really good) and conditioner supplied. There was also a big 40 or 50 inch TV The free breakfast was also amazing with a full area which included cerals, pastries and the buffet included eggs, bacon, hash browns, French toast. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no regular tea bags only flavored ones which I do not like but I had actually brought my own I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area you will not be disappointed!

This hotel was more modern/up to date than expected at the price point. Everything was absolutely spotless and worked well. Beds were super comfortable and the central heating and air was a nice touch. The staff was friendly. Fair warning, there is a $25/night deposit that was not blatantly noted in the final cost- were were charged once we arrived. There is a super nice outdoor Space and the gym was clean and had everything I could need for a good workout. Our only minor complaint was that for people with food allergies (gluten), the options were very limited and the staff did not speak English so we couldn't get ingredients lists on anything. This left us with meat, cold scrambled eggs, and fruit that was delicious thankfully. But otherwise there's tea, coffee, oatmeal, cereals, toast, and juice too. Laundry available but is $11 a load including detergent. Location was nice and quiet and safe, close to Walmart, Jeni's ice cream, and PF Changs. I would definitely recommend this hotel!Rooms: Clean, well-equipped, updated

This hotel is great, perfect location right off the highway, walking distance from restaurants and within a mile of Costco, Trader Joe's and Whole foods. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spacious and clean. My husband and I stay there every time we travel south.Rooms: Very clean, spaces and comfortableSafety: quiet and quaint neighborhood, feels very safeWalkability: Walking distance to shops and restaurants, a wine bar, café and ice-cream shopFood & drinks: There is a nice bar at the hotel, beautiful terrace with comfortable patio seating and great breakfast offering non dairy milk, fresh fruit and more good options.

Electric vehicle parking spaces are not enforced. 3 out of the 4 vehicles parked there were not electric. Pretty sure staff is parked there.
