My wife and I recently needed a window glass repair, which can be difficult to accomplish in a timely fashion with a preexisting home. The forklift operator was fast and very helpful. He took the initiative and made the job alot more easy then it would of been for unloading. I definitely liked the experience!

Poor customer service. I got the sense that they don't care at all about your business if you are doing a small job. I called to get door options and pricing for a small office renovation, and was passed around to several different people before being sent to voicemail for a sales guy. Left a message and never got a call back.
The thing is that I get it if they only want to work on larger jobs. But can you at least call people back and let them know so they aren't waiting around for a call that never comes?
A real shame, because I would rather give my business to a local company. But will have to order from a big box store instead, because they simply don't care. I can't understand running your business this way, especially when you claim to "operate on a foundation of Christian principles."

Great lumber company to work with for anyone in the building & construction industry. Have used them for several renovations for lumber, doors, windows, and trim in the Franklin area. Highly recommend to all trades.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Went to go pick up supplies and the forklift driver hit my SUV. They are not giving me their insurance information, they are not sending out an adjuster to look at it, they are ignoring me. I am fully insured thank goodness but now out $500 deductible! Thanks guys for the bill and damage mom here supporting family.

worst company ever!!! i went to pick up materials and the fork lift driver hit my suv! they are not sending out their adjuster they are not giving me their insurance info. thank goodness i am fully insured but out my 500 deductible. thanks guys for that bill. i am a mom supporting her family. buildimg supply few mins down the road go there!!!

Unfortunately, after about 6 weeks of calling, either getting no voicemail or leaving messages with no return call, I finally got someone to schedule an appointment to check/repair a leaking window. This is the same window that leaked twice before while under warranty 3 years ago. I sat at home on the scheduled day and they did not show up. I called and left a voicemail on my contact’s number and received no return call. I called again another day, got her, and she acted as though she had no idea. I was rescheduled for the following week and was again stood up after wasting another day at home waiting. I left yet another voicemail for my contact at Huskey and have gotten no return call (it has been another 4 days). Truly, truly disappointed in this family owned business. I have been more than patient, giving them plenty of time to get back to me between each of my many calls. Unacceptable.
