Rooms: The room was big clean and the bed was very comfortable it was also well stocked with everything.
Food and drinks: The breakfast and coffee was really good

Abigail at the front desk was very helpful & sweet when we arrived. She helped us with the problems we were having when checking in & even told us if we needed recommendations of places to go to let her know. The girl that was working the overnight/morning shift… quite frankly should be fired. She was horribly rude & even told me I “seemed a little prejudice”.. which if she knew me at all she would know that’s not in my character.. I work in hospitality & would never want any of my guests to experience what I did. Breakfast was hard & bland. Rooms are nice & clean.

Nice clean hotel, good location. Manager Chris sends out personal emails welcoming you and checking your stay after you leave which is a nice touch you don’t see anymore. Staff is super friendly, had great experiences with Abby and Joseph. Quick checkin, snacks and water in lobby. Overall great experience will come back when in the area.

Every day, staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, and extremely pleasant to speak to. I spoke to Chris and he was very informative about places to eat and also about going into Nashville, Abbi, the evening manager was extremely nice. All of the staff was pleasant and a joy to talk to. The rooms were clean and a great place to stay.
The hotel site was relatively central to a number of shopping areas, with highway access close-by but off-set enough to be quiet and semi-secluded not to spoil the pleasant quiet atmosphere.
A number of restaurants were next-door, within a short walking distance a
high value/affordable pricing.

I have traveled and stayed many places. So far this place is one of my favorites. Chris, Tyra, Joseph and Abby were so friendly and really go above and beyond. The hotel is nice, breakfast was good and they make popcorn or cookies each night for a nice treat in the lobby. Wish all the places I stay were this friendly!!

I travel alot for work and stay at many different hotels across the US and this is by far my favorite place to stay. So far this year I have been here 3 times. The hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating they become your family away from home. If an issue happens to come up, (which they might since no place is perfect), they quickly address and resolve any issues or concerns. When I have to travel to this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else and actually don't mind being stuck in a hotel! Also a great location since anything you can imagine to do is not that far away including downtown Nashville. Plenty of eating, shopping and entertainment near by! Exceptional service from Chris, Tyra, Joseph and Abby!!! Everyone else is great too. They all go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be!!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip and I really enjoyed it. Chris & Abby made it feel like home away from home. Fantastic service and they were so helpful whenever I ran into issues. Thanks Chris & Abby!
They have a standard breakfast which entails: coffee, tea, muffins, toast, waffle machine, eggs, sausage, cheese omelette, and English muffin breakfast sandwiches. And throughout the day they'll have chocolate chip cookies and orange-water in the lobby. The cookies are fantastic when they're hot out the oven, so they run out fast! They also bring out the popcorn machine in the late afternoon after work. All of which are super nice touches when you're home away for so long. There's also a grill out in the patio too which we used for barbecue.
It's a nice and safe neighborhood. Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants within walking distance; Rutledge, Einstein Bros, Wild Ginger, & Chrysalix to name a few. There's also groceries stores (Publix & Trader Joe's) which are only a cheap Uber away. There's also a nice little cigar shop & axe throwing as well.

We booked a room at this Home2 Suites as an overnight stay on our way north. The young ladies at the front desk during checkin and checkout were very friendly and helpful. The property appeared clean and in good shape. The commons area had a working grill that guest were using. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants close by and the area felt safe. This is a well maintained property.

The hotel lobby was great, the evening desk person was very helpful. Walked into our room, and it smelled like a wet dog. Upon further inspection, I found the filter in the air conditioner to be full of dust. I know this is a pet friendly hotel, but it shouldn't smell like this. The next morning, I was going to bring it to the attention of the front desk ( a different person than the day before), but she seemed like she was very unapproachable just when turning in my room cards. Hearing her speak to other customers while I was eating also made me feel like I didn't even want to discuss it. Location was great, lobby and breakfast were great, room stunk.

The building and grounds look very nice. The bathrooms are worn my shower head did work.
The BEDS are old and lumpy! The furniture and kitchen was in good shape.

I've stayed here a couple of times and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They offer local recommendations, make popcorn for you, and were always attentive. Very kind people. The rooms are updated, airy, and very clean (no musty smells).

Great stay, clean property, friendly people! Quick stay for me at this property but it was A+ all around.
They take customer service here seriously and it shows in the interactions I had. It started the day before when I received the email from Chris Moody the GM welcoming me to the property and asking if I had any questions. My flight was delayed because of weather so when I called to confirm my room, I had a great conversation with Abigail at the front desk. When I arrived, it was an easy check-in process using the mobile app because it was late/early morning. My mobile checkout didn't work and I needed to hurry off to a 7am meeting but Mika was able to make sure I got checked out OK and sent me the email once it was done so I was on time. I then received a follow-up email from the GM Chris Moody thanking me for staying.
More businesses need to follow this example of customer delight, and high touch friendly service!
