The 5 star rating is because of Seirra, who helped us pick carpet and pad. So nice and I rushed, it made the purchase experience great. We returned several hours later looking for shelving and Sierra was there again to handle all of our questions and needs. A perfect day at Home Depot. And the checkout lady, Sam I think, I know she has 16 years of service, but she was awesome too.

To Jodie over in the paint department. You had a chance to really help someone today who had a few questions and was interested and excited to learn. I came in happy and was trying to be nice man. Like i get you might have had a bad day but c'mon. You rushed me. You treated me like garbage. you didn't even look at me! like I have no clue what I'm doing dude. Now I have a crap paint and I'm headed somewhere else to spend more money. I'm sure you have other things going on in life but I've worked retail. You have to grow up and leave your personal stuff at the door. At the end of the day- I needed help - and you didn't help me. I'm sorry if there is something horrible happening in your life and I just am misreading the situation but dude this just sucked. Never coming back to this place.

A staff member was extremely rude, to the point that another customer reported the man to another employee and brought the other employee to me, to point me out. The other employee approached me, very politely, and mentioned he'd been told someone was very rude, even mean, to me. I explained that I politely asked the first employee where the Dewalt drill bits were (I didn't know I had a witness), and this elderly man hatefully told me Dewalt doesn't make drill bits but Milwaukee Tool drill bits were over there. 1) that's incorrect and 2) this man has no business in customer service, anywhere. Further, the self checkout employees, 3 of them, have more than once all been talking in a circle with their backs to the incoming customers. I'm going to another location that's a mile further from my home. People who fire themselves, really need to be notified by management... I'll never go back.

Don't use Penske. I just got stiffed. Reserved a truck with Home Depot. Got to customer service and didn't have it. I'm left without a moving truck on a Saturday morning. Can't move. Additional costs now.

The man that installed the cabinets was great but the materials he had to work with were awful. The trim around the floor turned into mush when water hit them. Absolutely horrible and very expensive. Not worth the money. Cheapest of materials used

Today i purchased multiple items from Home Depot including 6x6x12 lumber. I found everything I needed and the process went fine until I asked for the red (plastic) flag to designate the load extended past the bed. I spoke with three customer service people who had no idea what I was talking about.....finally a gentleman named Scot heard what I was requesting. He stopped what he was doing, and searched until he found what I was looking for. this review is for Scot. he is a 6 out 5. it is refreshing to find customer service people who still focus on customer service.

Don't ever order for delivery cause it won't ever show up. Lots of "sorry" and it's says it's on its way but days later you will not have it. One would think they would put more effort so as to not to continue to lose money to Amazon but guess they don't care.

We ordered cabinets refacing thru Home Depot in June of 2021. We worked with a woman named Deborah. It is now April of 2022. 10 months later. We have had numerous installers. Original measurements were off. Cabinet doors were sent in the incorrect color. Work has been shoddy all the way thru. Home Depot called to schedule a complete redo of the previously done poor-quality work. We emptied all of the cabinets and prepared for the install. We called this morning and they said, oh the installer ran over on his last job we won't be there and don't know when we will reschedule." This is the 4th install. The last installer took one look at it and told us it needed to be 100% redone. Here we are again, waiting. There has been no customer service or anyone to advocate for us. Once Deborah, took the measurements, and sold it, she was done. Do not order cabinet work here if you're looking for quality or customer service.

Husband came home tonight after trying to return some lights bought at Home Depot in Franklin. He works in carpentry and goes at least 5x a week and shops for about 4K a month in lumber and goods for his jobs. Apparently today, he used self checkout and then went to return some personal goods. The woman at the service desk accused him of placing the item in his cart and then trying to return it. Ummm no ma'am. He did not try to steal a 3.00 item he did not purchase- simply returning something he wasn't going to use (and lost a receipt) She was incredibly rude, and nasty... and will be reported tomorrow for trying to embarrass a loyal customer. Hope the cashier Azucena, gets better customer service training.

It's a place you have to go to, but don't expect to be treated nicely! If you have an issue they are quick to tell you it's not their problem and if you ask for assistance, you may be told to look it up on Google. Sara at the front desk is very sensitive. Please be at her mercy or she may get smart and then blame you for the lack of their service. Thank God I never have to come to this store again!!!!

After waiting 20 minutes for curbside pickup and sending several notices that I was there. I had to go inside to get my items. Inside several young women at the customer service were standing around talking. After explaining that I had texted several times they just said "sorry we were getting to it". Not the best customer service
