It was ok. I appreciated them getting my daughter and I in on a Saturday, with no appointment, but my nails didn't even last a week before they started chipping/cracking (I had SNS). I am used to them lasting at least 3 weeks. My daughter's nails (also SNS) just started chipping yesterday, but was showing cracks the day after getting them done. We only went because we had a couple hours to kill before a party that evening and it was right across the street from our hotel. The staff was nice, but I have never had to move chairs so many times while at a nail salon, I think they moved us 4 times lol. I am sure there are better places in the area.

Amazing!! The staff was so nice and talkative, they really made everyone feel comfortable. Provides drinks and great service. I got my nails and eyebrows done and they look amazing!! I’m surprised this place doesn’t have five stars. Thai especially is awesome!!

I am so pleased by my experiences at Hollywood nails. They were recommended by a friend and I found it relaxing, pleasant and I’m so happy with my services!! I will be a loyal customer from here on out!

My mom goes to this salon all the time and always talks about how good they are. She took me last night and I am OBSESSED with my nails! She was not kidding! They're amazing at what they do and I had a really good time talking with them! I've never been so happy with my nails

We have been coming here as a family of 9 for over the past 8 years. Cindy, Thai, Tom and family are so welcoming. They are like a second family to us all. Everything from a manicure, dip, tips and pedi you can't go wrong. They are the best in town.

I came in on 1/22 for a pedicure. I had the most gracious and hospitable employee (Thomas) take care of me. He introduced himself by name, shook my hand, and asked my name. We had a nice chat about his homeland (Vietnam). He said to let him know if he was being too rough with my feet. Lastly, he took the time to put my socks and shoes on when he was done. Thomas was the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service!!

Had not had a manicure in years. Now I want one every two weeks. He suggested I get gel to last longer and it definitely did! I chip normal polish in a day. Got a French Manicure which is not so obvious growing off. Going back again this week for another! I did wait a while the first visit but I did not have an appointment and that was expected. Was my nail salon until Went in May 4 to get nails done for my sons wedding, Thomas did such a rush job, he cut my cuticles to point of them bleeding. He was on his phone most of the time, and has a cold or something. When I went to check out, the owner of the shop noticed my nails after I made it know my fingers hurt and I was not happy. As I was leaving, a male came out of the shop and took pictures of my hands and said my brother (the owner) said he will redo my nails for free. I told him I would appreciate just getting my $ back because I was leaving on a flight tge next morning for my sons wedding. The male told his brother and they said when I return, he will redo them. I tried to reach out to set up an appointment with the owner, texted him as well and got nothing in return! So I let all my girls know Not to use them and called the BBB. Not a way to treat a long time paying customer !

Absolutely flawless job by Tom. He makes it look so easy and effortless but if you zoom in, only someone who has put in hours of hard work & dedication can do something as perfect as this. 10/10!!!

Cindy is the best!! She’s so good at art. They are a little pricey but not bad! They are fast and my nails have lasted 3 weeks!!! I recommend!!

My daughter and I went in for a last minute manicure. It was the only place that was talking walk ins. When we went in I asked about various manicures they did. They had no break down or pricing sheet. They hisar said sure whatever, we can do whatever. There was no music. Ambiance is not good. Staff was friendly enough. A bit chatty for my taste. I like to relax especially after a long day at work. The manicure was fine. They did add a sugar scrub for me and used hot towels. For some reason, even though I ordered a regular manicure for my daughter, she didn't get hot towels. The worst part is I wasn't asked about lotion and the tech just started lathering on Men's scented Bath & Body Works. It's horrible. I tried to wipe it off and nothing. He used a cheap citrus smelling lotion over it and now I smell like orange, musky mens cologne. I can't stand the smell so badly that I have to drive home with the windows down and my eyes are still watering up and it's giving me a headache. Now I will have to shower when I get home. It's horrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend in the future.
