Heaven Sent literally lives up to their name. They have been great to work with the last couple times I’ve taken my car to them. They communicate well, have good prices, and even though there were some recommended services for the general 100k mile maintenance, they said the technician checked everything and I didn’t need some of the services, so they didn’t do them. Lots of shops or dealerships would have told me I needed those done and just charged me for it, but Heaven Sent are very honest and didn’t do that. I’ll continue to keep trusting them with my car.

Always so helpful and explains work that needs to be done. Very friendly, trustworthy and i feel cares about my concerns and my vehicle. I used to love this place, my family has taken many cars here over the past decade & I had a 5 star review on here for them! But sadly they have repeatedly dropped the ball on fixing my boyfriend’s car’s A/C, it feels wrong to let anyone think this place knows what they’re doing under the hood. $5,000 and many days wasted, I truly hope we just had their worst mechanics looking at his car and fingers crossed they arent working there any longer!

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Heaven Sent Automotive. I had had work done at a different shop, but they could not figure out what was wrong. Heaven sent, figure it out immediately and fixed the problem. They explained everything in precise detail. I will continue to use them for all of my automotive repairs. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. The owners and the crew were very polite and very professional.

I had an engine problem that Jody Downs, the owner, analyzed, then advised me to go to the dealer. He provided me with a significant amount of material to take to the dealer and told me that the manufacturer, GM, knew that many were having same problem as me, and in some cases were authorizing warranty claims even though vehicles were past the warranty period which mine was. I still don't know what GM is going to do, but regardless, I am so impressed and thankful for Jody's advice and assistance. I'll definitely go back with future service and repair needs.

Fantastic work, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices. They were very thorough with their diagnostics review. After dealing with brake and rotor issues for over a year and going to multiple shops, Heaven Sent was finally able to find and fix the problem. My car drives like new! They also described in detail what they found and the best routes to fix it, which I greatly appreciated.

I had an emergency issue with my vehicle & was referred to Heavenly Sent. They were able to fix my car on the same day. They staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I will definitely be back for any other auto needs
