Stopped off this morning at Great Clips in Fieldstone Farms, Franklin. Was taken right away by Jamie. Jamie is a very talented hair stylist and is so competent in what she does. Great Clips is my new place to get a haircut.

If people without a reservation are waiting and you show up on time for yours you go firstThey put notes in their system so they know what you want or had ..a nice time saving plusEating options ate next door or two doors down

Great service as always!! Shoutout to Maria who retired a couple years ago. She was my gal for 20 years. Great place and price. The employees are working extra hard to cope with the employee shortage they and others are experiencing.

Great experience! My son has curly hair and we have had such a hard time finding a stylist that can give him a good haircut. Kristen was amazing! Best haircut he’s had. I will be bringing my other curly headed boys back!

I can't recommend them, I went there for a haircut and got the gentleman that works there he didn't cut much of my hair or use the notes. Will never go back

I had gotten my hair cut at the Fieldstone Farms location for at least 12 years. It was always easy to get an appointment and I very rarely got a bad haircut. However, over the past year things have changed drastically at this location. The wait time for a haircut is usually well over an hour and they close very early. And the last two times I got a haircut, I was very dissatisfied with the quality. I have started going to a location further away that consistently does a good job and wait time is always under an hour. They also have much better hours of operation. But I am sad that I can no longer get my hair cut at the most convenient location where I was a customer for many years.Service: Haircut
