Stopped off this morning at Great Clips in Fieldstone Farms, Franklin. Was taken right away by Jamie. Jamie is a very talented hair stylist and is so competent in what she does. Great Clips is my new place to get a haircut.

I live in Dallas and have been going to my local GC for years. I am currently in Nashville for business and needed a cut. SheShe, the stylist, gave me the best cut I have had in years. Her speed and technique was very impressive! I wish she could cut my hair back in Texas. Thank you, SheShe!

Great experience! My son has curly hair and we have had such a hard time finding a stylist that can give him a good haircut. Kristen was amazing! Best haircut he’s had. I will be bringing my other curly headed boys back!

Absolutely useless to use online check-in when it will consistently go to zero and then bump back to 20 minutes multiple times. Doesn't help for me to schedule something with an hour wait and it ends up being 2 hours. With much of that time being sitting in the salon after showing up physically to check in. System is broken or people in the salon don't understand how to prioritize. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time.
