Just left and couldn’t be mow happier. I believe Natalie was the one who took care of me. She went above and beyond helping me. My daughter takes my granddaughter here and I see why. This place is just super customer friendly. Finding excellent customer service is hard to find but it definitely is at this place. Thank you for going the extra mile today. You are a rockstar.

I got there 15 minutes before closing to get my hair trimmed, and the manager treated me poorly and sent me away, stating they were closing. Made a joke as I was leaving, which made other employees laugh. I called the owner to talk about the incident to rectify everything, but he didn't return my call. So here we are.

This place isn't worthy of 1 star. My husband & son went to get their hair cut & they BUTCHERED their hair. I am fuming at the moment. I called to see what could be done & the woman I spoke with said they could fix it. WHY would I take them back for them to mess them up even more?! I told the "hair stylist" how she messed up & she asked me if "I was a hairstylist", I said no but apparently anyone else could do a better job than she did. I told her they needed to get hairstylists who actually know what they're doing. She obviously didn't care because it's not her kid looking bad now. Please do NOT come to this place & waste your money. See pictures, SHE SAID THIS WAS WHAT WAS ASKED FOR! & forget about a refund, because "corporates policy" says no refunds.
