I love this Goin' Postal so much! The staff that work at this location are THE MOST customer service oriented people----in all of Franklin. They remind me of how customer service used to be back in the 80's. Going into that location to purchase something or to mail something, I often leave wishing that all businesses operated as this Goin' Postal does. I am grateful that they are so close to my house but if they weren't, I'd still go out of my way to do my business there!! I can't recommend them enough!

I had a return via USPS that the post office could not process, so I went Goin' postal (first time). I made a mistake and had to go back the next day, as the day before they were very busy but took care of me. Both days they were over the top accommodating. And yes everything worked out fine. On a scale of 1 to 10 i would give a 15 based upon this experience.We will be back! & thank you again!
