Hours are all over the place probably because of staffing. However an update to the website would be helpful especially when it days open at 12 P.M. and a paper insert says 5 P.M.
I would rate higher if wasn't the second time I had been here in a month and the store was closed when it was supposed to be open.

Good place for anything gaming wise also good spot for Pokémon cards and games better than target me personally I LOVE Zelda I have breath of the wild, tears of the kingdom, Links awakening remake, and skyward sword HD Age of calamity too love all of them haven’t played skyward sword yet will play soon

I purchase a console at the Cool Spring office. I called back at the store and talked to Dylan…I was polite and he hung up on me because he got in his feelings when I told him a few things that he didn’t informed me. I called back and he didn’t answer. I will call corporate if I don’t get an apology.

Waited in line for forever we were 2nd in line and the person before me was taking to long to make up his mind on what he wanted. I understand the cashier had her hands full buy there are two of them and the other person was to busy taking their time in the back room and when she finally came out instead of taking the other register to help get through the long line she just stands there chatting. After waiting awhile to see of she'll take the other register we just gave up and left. There is a long Line of people and they only had one person on the register when there is another person who could have helped me. Very disappointing

Me and my friend went to trade in a PS4 at 11:30am, the first employee we saw was helpful and nice but he said we needed a charger for a controller, a controller, and an HDMI chord, we asked if we needed a charger for the console he said they had one he could take off with the credit. So we got everything and came back at 8:40pm, another employee who was much worse and lazier. Already looked like he wasn't going to help us when I said we were trading in. And then he said we needed a power cable for the ps4, and that he couldn't help us. And then I said, 'no actually someone already said they could", and my friend described him. Dylan *sighed, oh Joji. Then I said, 'yeah he actually scanned a power cable earlier, so you just ran out?!?' And he said, 'yeah I just sold the last one 20mins ago.

I walked into this place looking for a used Xbox 360 game for my special needs son. We found a 4 for 20$ bin and decided that sounded like an excellent deal. The only game he found was mine craft so he selected that one and I found other games I may be interested in....turns out this was placed in this bin by mistake and my autistic son who had his heart set on this game got to hear that it's 31 bucks instead of the 4 for 20 deal...Kate which is the manager and not even in the store for the day and handled this by phone...should have honored her businesses deal...its not my fault that the game was in the wrong place. I get to deal with a heartbroken kid due to their negligence....not a happy customer!

This specific GameStop was the best I've ever been to. The selection is huge, and Grant was so incredibly helpful! He was patient with the numerous questions we had about our Nintendo switch, and he was able to balance a bunch of patrons visiting at once.

As a parent that doesn’t know much about video games, Sam and “Sandy” were unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. Super helpful. Wish all retail associates were this great.
