I have an older BMW 550i which had several nagging issues limiting its performance. They took the time to.work trough these and only replaced the parts required. This saved me a substantial amount on injectors, coils & ABS module problems. I've found Fritz to be generally quick when possible and communicative when issues require trouble shooting. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Bob did a fantastic repair on my Volvo. My wife and I were traveling to Minnesota when our check engine light came on. We made an appt and Bob made the necessary repairs the same day so we could continue our journey northwards. He is extremely knowledgeable about european vehicles and we couldn't be more happier. Brought my 1978 911SC into Fritz’s for a post purchase inspection. When I went to pick it up, they had gone over the handwritten notes but said a full report would be typed up for me. I asked to include quotes for work as I would bring it back once I had an opportunity to go over everything. $181 was paid at that time. More than 3 months later and I do not have the report. I have called multiple times and received excuses of “backed up with other vehicles” and “owner on vacation” to “check back next week if you haven’t heard from us”. My last call went unanswered. I really hate to offer a bad review for a small business as I understand things get busy or staffing shortages these days…..but this is disappointing.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This shop is gold. I moved here recently and called maybe 10+ different shops trying to find a good Mercedes mechanic. I finally called Crutcher's Auto Repair (across the road) who referred me to Fritz's Garage. I was looking for someone to fix the turbo coolant line leak on my 2014 Merz GL550. When I finally called this shop, I spoke to Bob, who is an actual mechanic. Literally a few words into our conversation Bob already knew the issue and explained everything down to the bone. Bob gave me a quote over the phone, which in itself says a lot. I had my car fixed in about 2 days. During the fix, they discovered another bad coolant line and the belt needed to be replaced since I had a coolant spill. Bob didn't charge for any additional labor on those things. Had transmission repairwork on my Porsche. In less than a year the transmission failed while under warranty. After returning the car to have the warranty work done they stalled repair for over 6 months. When confronting the owner his response was that he did not want to do the warranty work because he would not make any money on it. After holding my car for over 6months with no repair I finally had to take the matter to court to get it resolved. This company does not honor their warranty.Their work was no better than their warranty. Do not trust this company.Service: Transmission

Bob has been great to work with on my air cooled Porsche.He has also worked on and kept our daughters older Landrover going to get her thru college.He has been honest on repairs and the amount of time required to order parts and get the job done.I will definitely be using his garage again for general maintenance and repairs.Services: Wheel alignment
