Ian was awesome at checkout helping with finding conditioner and we had John help us and he new so much about boots, his patience and knowledge took me from making a rash decision to really looking into the product line, ending up with a pair that were so beautiful I will pass them on to my family. Without his help and taste I'd have regretted not taking a good look and getting this beautiful pair I've dreamed of. Thanks for your help John and will be back

Last pair of shoes lasted 5 months before the tread pulled away from the soles. I purchased another brand from them, but left my phone in the store. When I returned home, I picked up my 10 lb dog and went back to the store to get my phone where I was rudely accosted about bringing my dog in the store. I did not notice the sign on the door. Told them they would not have to worry about me as I would never be back. Rude and poor shoes. I will order from another company in the future.
