We had a job that needed to be done pretty quick and David was wonderful and jumped right on it while we waited. I know that this is not the norm to have it done while you wait but we were very happy that he was able to do that for us. David was very kind and helpful and was glad to help us! It’s hard to get great customer service these days and David was exceptional!

This is my first negative review ..... As a business owner I'm always reluctant to publicly shame another local business but every aspect of this organization is horrible. We were lied to from the very beginning of the process . They claimed they needed to do a site survey which we patiently waited for then received a quote , paid the requested deposit and were scheduled for a few weeks later. So when Install day arrives suddenly we need whole new sign panels for an additional 3k , ok I didn't fight it despite asking about that from day one..... Oh also it should have been apparent during the " SITE SURVEY " so that we are now waiting another 6 weeks in between all this they have additional unforeseen delays with their install trucks going down which I understood so now we are at 8 weeks ( Past the original install date ) Install day 2: They Scratch the NEW PANEL and attempt to make it our fault for limbs near the sign which had never been brought up until after it was damaged ...... So one would assume they would take it back and fix it that day since it was a new panel and again install it . NOPE they were TOO BUSY and would have to come back at a later date and fix it. So roughly a week later they show up to take it down and re wrap it ..... Upon reinstall they damage it AGAIN so take 3 thankfully later that day it's up and we are DONE ! over 3 months from beginning to end ( mind you I know everyone is busy now a days and materials are an issue ) but with this poor level of communication , customer service etc. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

I've written a review before, but I have to again say how wonderful the staff and owner here are. We came with a request to do a rush job on a banner related to the tornado relief efforts and they were able to help in ways that some other places in town weren't. This is an extremely responsive and generous staff, and for that, I will continue to use Franklin Sign Co. for personal and work projects!

Franklin Sign Co did a great job creating and installing our neighborhood sign. We had a vision of what we wanted the sign to look like but trusted their expertise to make this vision a reality. Franklin Sign Co. exceeded my expectations in so many ways! They worked with my budget to create just the right signs for my business. I couldn't be more happy and highly recommend them to anyone needing signage, vinyls, etc. They are not only great at what they do, but they are so fun to work with. Use them! They're awesome!

I am a new entrepreneur and have learned quickly that there are two types of businesses out there: ones that I either want to continue working with, and others that I do not. Franklin Sign Co. is one of those businesses that I will keep returning to for all my signage needs! Not only were Jason and Sarah professional, understanding, and kind, but they were an absolute joy to work with too! They understood my design needs from the very beginning and brought them to life in a timely manner and with a signature of professionalism and well-developed craft that was actually better than I had imagined! Their installation was painless and punctual as well, and before I knew it, my sign was up and doing its job! I have known Jason and Sarah for a little over a year now and find myself going out of my way to recommend them to my business contacts and other people who are looking for signs. I cannot wait to see what they do with my next project! Use them! Use them! Use them!

I am a small business owner wearing 17 hats and opening a new location. I knew nothing about the signage process at all. I researched and contacted several companies to familiarize myself with the process. NONE of them were as amazing as Franklin Sign Co. I could barely get a call back from other companies and it was durbing the holidays so half of them didn't even want to deal with it at that time and told me to call them in a few weeks. Not Franklin Sign! They answered all my questions right away and made great suggestions to improve on my ideas.I was referred to them by another business and so glad I made the right choice. Jason and Isabel were great. Walked me through everything. The pricing was in budget and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Would highly recommend!!

We (Patterson, Hardee & Ballentine CPAs) have had an all-around great experience working with the crew Franklin Sign Co.! The entire staff is helpful, and really easy to work with. Our first project with them was a banner and small sign, and since then they’ve expertly guided us through the process of creating our exterior and interior business signs. The finished products are awesome and we couldn’t be happier! We will continue to use them and highly recommend them!

We have been lucky to find Franklin Sign Co. They have been able to meet and even exceed our expectations at every turn. We have had store front signs, in store graphics and in store signs created and we have been extremely happy with how they all turned out. Their customer service is also wonderful. I've used Franklin Sign Co for years and have known Jason's work to be nothing but top notch. But, recently he's gone above and beyond to make things happen quick and easy for us here at Franklin Moto and couldn't recommend anyone better. If anyone needs ANYTHING done the entire staff is sure to make it happen just the way you want it.

This company is the best.When I started my search for a sign company I called around and the responses were not very good (horrible actually). Some told me they would call me back and didn't. I left messages and didn't get return calls. Some of them told me what they were going to do and they didn't.Then I called Franklin Sign Co. Wow! How refreshing it was to find a company that actually listened to me and before the end of the day I had an image of what my sign would look like and a cost estimate. Jason was the absolute best to work with. He was responsive and he delivered everything he said he would. Then came the installation that Casey did. Casey was attentive and intentional in delivering great customer service. When he completed everything, he said "if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to call me". When he said it I knew he meant it.These guys are very good and I would recommend Franklin Sign Company to anyone because of their customer service, quality work, and their high level of experience. We highly recommend Franklin Sign Company! We have had great service and promptness which is hard to come by these days! We are looking forward our big sign soon and we cannot wait!
