Did you delete my review?? What a bad thing! I will do it again and if you delete it, I will do it once more! This is the kind of treatment that is not included in your package!
If you want to laugh and get angry go to this place, I was at the dealership today at 7 am after almost 1 month waiting for the appointment, where only when I arrived I was informed that I would have to pay $329.00 for a service not solved more than 1 year ago, UConnect. On another occasion I was met by a salesman with a table full of trophies to buy a vehicle 2025, we talked and I wait for your connection after 6 months, even returning to the dealership and hearing from the sales manager that if I wanted discount I would have to take the printed MSRP, at the time I did not know that I worked for the dealership and I also wait my payment! Obvious that there are happy consumers but calm if your package attractions is on the way!!!!

The team at Franklin CDJR were great to work with. Worked with Nicholas the sales rep and Stephen in financing to buy a new RAM truck, and they were both fantastic. After my new vehicle purchase I had some follow up questions, both Nicholas and Stephen responded immediately and were very helpful. Highly recommend Franklin CDJR if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
