The worst online system for a regional bank. I've been locked out of my account more times than I can count. For weeks, I've been attempting to connect my First Horizon account with another bank account to transfer funds... simply put - the verification and micro-deposit system they rely on to allow for account transfers does not work. Take your money elsewhere if you want easy access to your funds and have the ability to move funds freely. I give there teller-less systems a 0 star.The 1 star is for their branch. If I have to go physically into the bank - they are pleasant and helpful. But in 2024, I shouldn't have to go into a branch to physically withdrawl cash and hand-walk dollars to my other bank account.

Worth was incredibly helpful! We have been jumping through hoops trying to get something figured out and one phone call to him and he was able to solve the problem right away. He is amazing at his job and we are very thankful for his hard work.

I have never been treated more respectful than I have with Worth and his staff. First Horizon Bank has been incredible to work with. While I have several bank accounts, none match the professionalism found at this branch in Franklin.

Friday July 19th,2019 was my closing day on the house im buying. On Tuesday July 16th Amber M.N the Consumer Loan Specialist/Mortgage Broker tell me My Dept to Income ratio was too high and I wasn't getting the loan.Before this she lied twice. First she says she left me a voicemail. I don't have voicemail so no one can leave me a msg.Second lie she told my agent I didn't know when I started my jobs.I know when I started all my jobs and anything else she asked me I got the answer and paperwork to back it up.Than I told my agent I wasn't getting the loan from First Tn bank.He says I need a denial letter. So I told him to ask Amber M. N for it.She tells him she will give it to me.I haven't gotten it yet and I have requested it from her via email and left her a msg.I will be closing All 2 accounts I've had since 2009 with this bank because of Amber Nau...Im also filling complaints against her with the BBB,Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Hud.Maybe if I contact the CEO ,Bryan J he can give me my Denial Letter.Im going to make sure she don't do this to anyone else.Also I got my Preapprovel Letter from Amber N Monday June 3rd,2019.She lack experience in her job and that set me the buyer and the sellers back on closing. But that Devil didn't stop us.Dont do mortgage loan business with Amber N and First Tn bank.

Customer service has gone down hill been using this branch for roughly 10 years and in the last couple they have cut their staff in half wait time has doubled ladies that work there think their p*** don’t stink I used to know the people that worked there and they knew me now every time I go there (every week) they act like this is the first time I’ve been there get your act together First Tennessee won’t be back to this branch (Murfreesboro rd franklin)

I called the service center of the bank about the online service issues of checking account. It took over 20 mins for the wait of the counselor on the phone, i was totally exhausted, they never answered.

DO NOT BANK HERE I was @ this location here in Franklin, TN dropping a friend off to close out an account. My friend has lived here for the majority of his life. He later moved away to attend college @ Georgia Tech University (obviously no dummy). Long story short, he no longer had any money in his account because the bank issued him a 'non-issue' charge. It was just a couple hundred bucks but still..it's his money. To get his money, he must go to another location for whatever. Don't go here

Really well placed. Staff is friendly and helpful, even on the phone. Not the easiest place to get out of, but is manageable.
