I have several unknown charges on my credit card. When calling to inquire about these charges, you are routed away from local store. I can not get these charges explained or know if they are fraudulent because it's impossible to speak to or chat with a representative. There are no options if you don't have a fed ex account number. Irony is they will still take your money, even without a "fed ex account" but this account number is required to even speak to an agent. In my opinion, a one sided and very screwed up system.

Had to printout 100 brochures of 2 sided print. Four came out 1 sided. Next time I will plan on extras in case this happens again.

What could have been a great experience turned out horribly. I was just charged $39 for printing on 8 sheets of 11x17 paper, 2-sided in color. If that's the price, fine (not really) but this is the 6th time I've printed the exact document - The only changes have been the content. And every single time, the price was different ranging from $15 and upwards. I've always uploaded my document to their email and I've always gotten it back in about 2 hours. Today, however, when I went (in the 2 hour window) to pick up my booklet, I was charged and $17.50 rush fee. For the record, not one customer was in the store other than me and they the two employees, Elijah D and the lady with long hair, were standing around. It was 7:30 pm and the store closed at 8. I was also told that if I set up the files in printer spreads, there wouldn't be a setup fee and yet, I was charged for a setup fee. I am beyond frustrated. Their pricing is random with no rhyme or reason. I am NEVER using their print services again and I suggest you steer clear also. Hunter is the only decent interaction I've had there.

Wow what a difference between night and day. Elijah really was very professional and had the best customer service. I went to Staples and they were very condescending and not helpful at all. I will always come here for my printing needs.

**SCAM ALERT**Had a small package delivered from this location to Mexico on a Thursday. Paid for next day air. Packaged didn't arrive until Monday. The Mexico delivery driver demanded $351 pesos for "Customs Fees". Wife refused package, driver returned package to local Fedex Depot. Wife goes to local Depot to pickup - they inform her it's not $351 pesos, it's only $301 pesos for "Customs Fees".Either this Franklin office failed to charge me the complete fee and not advise me of any "Customs Fees" OR the local Mexico Depot is running some kind of scam.Either way, I've never experienced this sort of issue with UPS or DHL on international shipments to Mexico.Unless this bogus "Customs Fees" is refunded, I won't be using FedEx again in the future.

If you are a teacher or work for a preschool, please read this. I work for a small preschool and our laminator was out. I needed to laminate 10 "placemats" for Thanksgiving crafts. I dropped them off at 11 am. I was told in order to pick it up same day it would be a $30 rush fee. So I decided I would pick them up the next morning even though its way out of the way of our school. That night I was in the area. I walked in at 7:30pm (they close at 8) and decided to see if they were complete. They were done, so we went to check out and they were STILL going to charge a $30 "Rush Fee". Nothing was rushed. The work was complete. I can see if they were working on orders due the next morning, but the employees were standing around waiting for the store to close. We don't have a huge budget and it was stretching it just to get these laminated. The $30 rush fee is absolutely ridiculous, especially for schools and teachers.
