I have been working with David Yates for many years. I don't feel like I am dealing with just the name Farmers; I deal directly with David. He has taken care of me and my family through policies for my home, cars, and umbrella. He has always been extremely professional. He returns my calls in the same day. Anything I need, he gets right on it. If he can't help me with an issue, he finds a solution for me. He is very good and the one reason I wouldn't leave Farmers. We've really created a nice friendship over the years.
If you work with David, you will get exceptional service. He will also give you the peace of mind that you need. To have someone on the other end who is both professional and comforting really makes all of the difference in the world. I would hands down recommend David Yates of Farmers Insurance.
