My experience here was awful… very unprofessional and the lady that did my nails refused to make my water warmer for my pedicure service after I asked her.. By far one of the worst pedicure service I’ve gotten. It seems as if she didn’t want to do it.. she didn’t even offer me a drink with my service and I saw three other clients that came after me that got the red carpet rolled out for them.. They offered a choice of wine .. water.. or soft drink .. my manicure was also trash .. she squared my nails after I told her twice and told another lady in there to tell her .. someone else had to finish my service .. I definitely won’t be going back ..

both of the nail techs that did my nails and toes didn't even make conversation with us like the rest of the customers. My nail tech was rude.
Thank you for your quick response
however, the reasons that you gave for the lack of customer service is unacceptable
your workers could have greeted us with a smile, basic kindness instead they said nothing, were rough in handling my feet throughout the pedicure. I was not relaxing I kept myself busy until time to leave. daughters nails have rough sides from dip.
I’m sure if you review your camera footage you will also see two very indifferent nail techs not interested in their job!
Fancy Nails is not the place to go if you are looking for a welcoming salon, quality work and basic kindness!

Everyone here does an amazing job with my nails I’ve tried so many nail salons and always come back here. Shay Shay has done my dip nails a couple of times now her attention to detail and making sure I like my nails throughout the whole process is what I love. Everyone makes you feel welcomed when you walk in. Highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs!

I love Fancy Nails. I went to another salon for years and had dip nails done and they would only last for 2 weeks. At Fancy nails they last 3-4weeks. Mai is great-she and John are the best and it is such a family atmosphere!Services: Pedicure

Salon is clean and has a busy vibe. Too busy, as the manicurist ran through the steps so fast she kept grinding the nail drill into my cuticles so much they bled. I can understand having one finger that gets a nick in it, but every finger on my right hand is now bruised or bleeding. She asked another manicurist to finish the manicure, and her replacement did the same thing to several fingers on my left hand.I’ve been here multiple times and have never had the sub-par service that I experienced today. It’s a happy place and I’ve always enjoyed it before today. They need to slow down and pay attention to their tools. Customers shouldn’t leave bleeding and in pain.

Prices are fair, staff is friendly. Service is pretty much the same as anywhere else I've gone. Do they go above and beyond; no. Would have given the five star if they had clipped my nails evenly, couple are clipped wonky. But overall not bad for the price.

Great service for last minute appointment within the Nashville Metropolitan area. $40 for a male's pedicure is a fair price as well for a myriad of reasons. Clean and efficient nail salon.
