We stayed in this hotel for two days during the long weekend. Our room was in the second floor with a king bed. There was not much view from it. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The lights were perfect. The bathroom was basic, however had everything we needed. The towels were clean and essential toiletries were supplied. The parking was free. They had a gym and a tiny indoor pool. Although we did not have time to visit them either. They have free breakfast, and the breakfast was fine with fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits/ bread/ bagel, oatmeal, waffle and what not. We enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean. I was not sure about the bathroom floor as it looked dirty but maybe it was the style of the floor. Overall, it did it’s purpose as a quick stop to sleep from Florida. However, the customer service wasn’t great. None of the staff greeted us; everyone either looked miserable or had a flat affect from the front desk to the breakfast staff. As a young family with little ones, this was unappealing and for that we won’t be stopping at this location on our trips.Rooms: Standard clean room.

Really nice hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Would stay again.

Last year when I stayed everything was great. I stayes a week ago it was not so great. The pool was not available because maintenance put to much chemicals in it so it was drained. He refilled the pool and done the same thing. We had no pool the whole time we waa there. We had a late checkout at 1pm but they came early asking us to leave. WTH!!Only thing that was good was breakfast

Room and location were nice. Breakfast was good. My only problem is the hold they keep on your card I still can’t get it released back and we checked out April 7th. I’ve called numerous times. Not acceptable and it isn’t the bank bc we stayed somewhere this weekend and the damage fee is already back on my card. I’ve left several messages and nothing.

I stayed here for about 4 nights, and it was okay. The hotel is newly built, so expect fixtures and furniture to be in good condition.The pool was always occupied, and it was small. The water wasn't taken care of, so it was slimy, and almost milky. I wouldn't go here if you want to swim.Breakfast is good, they have a self-serve waffle machine, though there's usually a line to reach it in the morning. It's awfully crowded during breakfast, with almost no organization.My hotel room was pleasant, and the feature of a parking garage was an added bonus, to protect my car from the rain.The location, is great! it's just walking distance from the mall, and it's in a safe area. There's some hipster bars and arcades too, if you're into that.My room did have a burnt out light, and the cleaning lady did uncomfortably usher me out at 10am, though I had late check-out with my gold subscription, and was visibly about to leave soon anyways.Other than that though, it was a solid place to stay.Safety: It's in a very safe urban area, by the Cool Springs Mall.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. Paper thin floors. All i heard all night was pounding feet on the floor above us. Then randomCreaking noises in the bathroom.

It’s shocking that this hotel that is only 1 year old has an ant, mold, and electrical problem. I was constantly killing ants, both in the bathroom and in my bed; having ants crawl on you in your sleep is not a great experience. There is also a ton of noticeable mold in the bathroom, and it’s disappointing the building hasn’t addressed it. Additionally, only one outlet worked, and it was on the opposite side of the room from my bed, so I had to charge my phone on the floor behind a lamp. Lastly, this may be part of the electrical problem, but my air system was broken. The thermostat didn’t even turn on. Blank screen. I’m lucky I checked out before spring’s last freeze yesterday, or I would have had to endure the 40° night without heat.

Amazing rooms, breakfast was really good, & staff were extremely friendly & helpful!!! We enjoyed our stay in 2 connecting rooms!!
