UNINHABITABLE. Stayed here after my car broke down nearby. The shower in the room did not work and the toilet doesn’t flush. They would not move me to another room.

Front desk staff are super nice and knowledgeable about things going on in the area. Speaking of which, theres so many things to do around the hotel and so much great food!

The carpet in the room was not clean. It felt sticky. I was given deluxe room when I actually had double bed booked.

I love staying here although the beds a little too firm for my liking. I appreciate the full size fridge and cook top range. I have no complaints. The best part is how close it is to my job. Awesome ?Nearby activities: It is within walking distance to Cool Springs Galleria. Everything you need is less than a 10 minute drive. From sit down restaurants to fast food. Such as Chili's, Olive Garden, Target, Shoe Carnival, Taco Bell, and McDonald's, just to name a few common places.Walkability: Within walking distance to the same places named above.

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They allow pets for extra fee per pet.

We would never recommend this place. To begin with, the room given to us was extremely dirty, there was no chance to walk bare feet as it would turn completely black. Apart from that, we were promised a Queen bed and a sofa c** bed but all the room had was a recliner single sofa which could not be used as a bed. We had to leave earlier because of the above mentioned reasons and they charged us more for that. People staying around did not bother to maintain the no smoking rule in the common balcony. We will never consider this place again and will advise everyone to do the same.

If I could give the Extended Stay America zero stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone... EVER. The staff is dishonest at best... highly negligent at worst. During my 8 month stay at the Brentwood, TN location in 2021, and under the management of Andrea Williams, a stranger convinced the front desk to print a key to my room. I did not authorize anyone but myself to access my room with a key or otherwise. When this man entered my room using the key he was given, I was in the bathtub nude and was forced to call the police from my bathroom so as not to be exposed. After being detained by police and removed from the property, the gentleman was told never to return or risk being arrested. I did not press charges at the time when asked if I would like to do so, though I now regret that decision. Sadly, when my boyfriend recently tried to rent a room from the Extended Stay America in Nashville, now managed by Andrea Williams, he was ejected from his room for "having 3 cats in the room". He has not, nor does he, have 3 cats. When I attempted to get a resolution from Brian, the District Manager from Extended Stay America, I was rudely informed that he had spoken with Andrea and that he believed what she had told him... a complete lie. He could not answer any of my questions related to the incident when asked as he was not fully and truthfully informed. He was the absolute opposite of helpful and rudely hung up on me. Avoid the headache and STAY AWAY from the Extended Stay America franchise and from those that they employ.

Location is great and so are the staff. My only issue is that my key card always goes out and normally it's when I have a ton of things I'm bringing in. Living here isn't so bad especially for the price after a few months of staying. It's cheaper than any apartment around since everything just goes up every year. Not by a lil with, always by hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't recommend it being a place for you and your family long term especially with kids. But it's a roof for as long as u need it temporarily and no1 can say anything.

The staff here is excellent. The rooms in building 2 have been renovated. The location is wonderful. The rooms pretty well appointed.

I have been here at hotel over a month stayed in several different rooms. This place was definitely a home away from home. Being that I travel alone I felt completely safe.. WTG extended stay and the price was the best. I rate the breakfast a 3 star but love it because I’m a coffee person in morning don’t need eggs..?

Place is old and dingy. Appliances look like they are from the 80s. Floors are all uneven and stained. Shower tub had black Mold in the corners as well. They have no entrance mats either so when it rains you track water all in your room. They advertise they are pet friendly but called me about a noise complaint because my dog barked for less than a minute. Pay a little more and stay at a residence inn somewhere else.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But, judging from the other reviews, 99% of which are 1 star, I think it's safe to say not much has improved here. If management is trying to change things, they unfortunately seem to be doing a poor job.I won't comment on the room. The other reviews say enough. I'll just say, "not great."I'll give my review of the laundry room, as I believe it is a great example of how this location operates. When you get there, you have to figure out how to open the door. I don't mean, you have to figure out how to use your keycard. The handle is broken, to where it only works if turned one way, and you have to turn it further than one would think necessary, for it to unlatch. Also, it jiggles loosely in the frame, signifying it's been forced open multiple times. My room door was the same way.The next thing I noticed, is that they don't offer detergent for sale. When we checked in, the front desk did not make us aware of this. For some reason, Extended Stay assumes most people travel with laundry detergent. Of course, the rest of us are all well aware this is not the case. When I went back, to inquire about this, they said a third party takes care of all that, and that they have nothing to do with it. She even agreed that it's odd they don't sell detergent. Though, she was polite about it, that doesn't change the fact that they are still responsible for their customer's hospitality. "Bob's Laundry Service" isn't responsible for the comfort of Extended Stay's customers. It's the choice of Extended Stay to contract the work out. Choose someone else. May I suggest someone who offers your customers what they need? That would be a good start.Next, 2 of the 6 machines were out of order, though only 1 had a sign stating as much. Again, if you're aware that a company, that YOU hired to do YOUR work, is doing a poor job, YOU are the responsible party. And, in conclusion, let me end by saying what I'm sure the majority of Americans are thinking. The statement, "because Covid," is NOT a valid excuse for poor work, or being understaffed. It's almost 2023.Extended Stay needs to do better. Otherwise, close up shop and start over.

I had been on the road all day. Got too tired to drive back to Lawrenceburg, decided to get a room. Took my clothes off, used the restroom. Flushed the toilet water begins to pour from the ceiling. I assume sewage!!! I flip out... feel nasty as all get out. Water all over the floor. I call front desk no manager on site. So unacceptable!!!! I scrubbed my arms In the kitchen sink and was so mad I was not tired anymore. The desk clerk said he would call me. I had enough for those 15 minutes of being there to last me until I decide to try them again. The clerk was unsure of a refund or a rain check. The sewer water left I bad taste in my mouth. Literally. Came home showered. Got up this morning and went and got a shot. Can we say shell shocked! Still waiting to hear from you all ...!!!!

We were in a bind and was trying to find a place to stay with our kids. We walked in and was greeted by Faith. She went above and beyond with getting us a room for the night and making sure a bigger room would be available and clean for us the next day. The hotel was clean and in a great spot.
