We have been going through the process of transferring our home owners insurance from our former agency to Elite Insurance Solutions.Our new agent Ashley K has been very helpful with this process. She checks on our account as needed and keeps us informed of the process.She is very knowledgeable about our insurance needs and has advised us to call her with any concerns we may have.Ashley K always returns our calls in a timely manner.We are very satisfied with Elite and also the services we have received from Ashley K. I’ve had Chase Salas as an insurance agent for years and he’s always provided great service. This past week we started our search for a new vehicle; I emailed him requesting estimates on the few vehicles we were looking at and he had them to me very quickly. We purchased the vehicle on Friday night, emailed Chase and he replied right away and had new cards to us first thing Monday morning. You can’t beat this service! Thanks Chase for always being there in the important decisions we make.

Great people, great service. Chase is excellent to work with, constantly looks for ways to save me money or make sure I'm covered in ways I haven't thought of. Having an insurance agent I can call anytime when I have questions or need help is huge to me. The payment process is easy and I've had nothing but an excellent experience with Elite Insurance.
