I sadly didn't catch the name of the wonderful ladies who helped me out with NOT ONLY a return but also giving me great advice on what to maybe try on to see what I liked. I was on the mend from shingles looking to trade the unfitting tank top I bought online and usually my hair colors give way to employees treating me not so friendly but it was SO nice to be treated like a human with feelings and to be helped until I found the perfect shelf bra top for my needs. This was my first time here and I am a customer for life now! =) Thank you so much guys!

Was a great buy when it was all lifetime warranty, now just overpriced work wear. I am very disappointed in the fact that the lifetime warranty was discontinued after i purchased 8 pairs of fire hose pants, 2 shirt jacks and more prior to the warranty change. Lifetime turned out to be more like 3-5 years.

Clean store with a nice selection of items. Clothes are well made and great for winter in particular. Staff has always been friendly and eager to help.

We’ve been to the original in MN and have ordered online for years. Happened to be in the area today and excited to catch the “almost everything 25% off” sale.

This review has nothing to do with the store but rather online ordering. I ordered a shirt and it took a week to receive only to find that the shirt received was the wrong color and size. According to the returns I would have paid $7.99 and there was no paper return slip. I called customer service and was reassured that they would send me a label to return and would expedite the new order more quickly since I was anticipating to wear for a special occasion. Four days later and the new order has still not shipped. I love Duluth products, however, this order has been a bummer.

Great merchandise and friendly staff. Really cool gadgets for gifts for that hard to shop for guy in your life. I know my wife struggles, and there are definitely some great things here other than awesome clothing

Clothing is huge in regular sizes and then they offer plus sizes but no petite sizes. It’s very frustrating as a petite person to not be able to fit anything at this store without getting it tailored… which I won’t be. The company needs to start offering petite sizes.

The staff is very helpful. Some stuff wasn't available but they gave me the in store discount and free shipping to the house since it wasn't in stock. Very good selection of clothes from lounging to working. Quality feels top notch. Will definitely be replacing all my Carhartt work shirts and Carhartt pants with these now.

The staff was great. We were offered assistance about 5 times, twice by the manager. Everyone was very friendly. And I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices.

Really nice, helpful employees. 1st time buying the clothes for my husband. After trying the pants on, he said they were extremely comfortable!
