I went in looking for a dip tube for my water heater. The guy at the counter was totally unwilling to help me. I get it they prefer contractors who do plumbing for a living, but most businesses will at least try to help someone.

Great friendliness, knowledge, and ability to order quickly. Love buying local whenever possible. Very cool, unique business. I purchased a higher end kitchen faucet and soap dispenser and I am hoping they will last for a very long time.

Had an issue with PVC piping under my kitchen sink (new, deeper sink). The staff was very helpful and figured out a part that would work. Saved me a plumber's visit for something that was an easy fix (with the correct part). Price was very reasonable too!

These guys are the best ! Can't tell you how much I saved over stores like HD or Lowe's. The had everything we needed for our remodel and then some :) always helpful and willing to explain what I did or didn't need per codes. Not only locally owned they really do know their business. Grateful for their help to get this dang remodel done AND to code lol.
