Had an awesome experience shopping at Cool Springs Dillards men’s section. Nathan helped me and went above and beyond getting me the items from shoes, pants, belts, shirts and blazer. Looking good now, thanks Nathan:)

I would just like to shoutout the lovely ladies Lisa and Rachel at Dillards. They helped me track down a receipt in a painfully tedious way but they never gave up and were always so cheerful and helpful. I am so impressed at how willing they were to go above and beyond to help a customer. Can't thank them enough!

Dillard's is not as good as it used to be, especially compared to 2008. Just shop online and stay away from this outlet's rude employees.

We were shopping in the Men’s Suit Section at Dillards. I had a wonderful experience working with Christopher to find the perfect dinner jacket, pants, shirt, and tie for my husband. His recommendations were spot on and the colors perfectly complemented my dress. His choices were fantastic and made the whole outfit come together beautifully. Customer Service at this location could do better. I arrived at the desk at 5:57 (per my iPhone) and yes that is pushing it, but don’t tell me you are closed and that you can’t help me when what I’m asking you to do would take maybe a minute…not to mention it is your job. I drove for an hour to pick up something that i bought…it is paid for and she can’t turn around walk the 10ft to get it for me? That could have been done before 6. Does customer service close earlier than the store? Maybe I’m wrong. Dear Dillards, please do better.
