“I have to say how disturbing things were yesterday in line when my husband and I were waiting in line to check out. I don't think people praise enough when it comes to retail associates and this is why I'm writing this review. It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. I'm writing this review because it needs to be said. Yesterday, my husband and I were waiting in line as I stated in my above paragraph and normally I don't write a review but my husband and I decided that we need to speak up. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable. We will continue to shop here. But I will praise both women yesterday they were incredibly kind not only to him, but I've seen them before, and they are always that way when I come in.”

“Don't compare it to the Belk outlet store. I went there after being frustrated by having to use my phone to find prices at a competitor department store. Glad I did. Good merchandise selection at reasonable prices. Every item I examined was tagged or otherwise price displayed. Also, good service. I will be back.”

“This is a super nice Walmart! Clean and well stocked. The produce department needs an award for presentation as it is one of the prettiest displays I've ever seen in a Walmart. I wasn't there for produce but it was so eye-catching that I had to back up and take pictures. Great job produce team in Franklin!!!”
“I’ve been to this Sephora location 3 times in the past month due to issues I was having with finding the correct concealer. First time was a purchase with associate Angel and she was helpful with what I needed. But the last two times with Lena was so amazing. Lena was kind and patient and really great at helping me even tho both times involved a return/exchange she wasn’t bothered in the slightest and got me exactly what I needed. It is a small store and so they may not carry everything you need/want but they will try their best to help you get there.”

“My family and I were visiting from florida, we came in to this location and was so astonished by how organized and neat everything was displayed. We went in for dog food and left with a whole cart of items!! Rex and his fellow female employee were super nice and very helpful ! Definitely should give them two a raise ! “I love Walmart it's a good store I just wished they all was still opened 24/7. The staff is Always chipper no matter the time of day. Always keep the line's moving. The customer service guys have a hard time with some of the issues that the customer has. The check out lines are sometimes long so you make lemonade out of lemons make a new friend on line.”
