I went in for a facial with TaKoya and she was absolutely phenomenal and I loved the experience! However, the salon smelled disgusting…like rotten food and cigarettes. Employees were smoking with the back door open and cooking food. It was so bad that I was sick to my stomach. Very unprofessional.

2nd bad pedicure in a row. Was literally painful. I checked a couple of times to see if I was bleeding. Very rough. Technician was very busy chatting with another technician. So much, that he stopped several times. I think he forgot what he was doing. Repeated the same motion over and over because he was chatting. The nail polish....i should have just leaned over and painted them myself. Polish all over the skin. No clean up. Will find a new salon after today.

TQ did an outstanding job with my nails! I went out of town and got a full set of acrylics at another salon and they were much wider than necessary and made my fingers look quite wide. I showed TQ a photo of my nails in the past and told him I wanted them to look like that again and they look *exactly* the same! I am so impressed and I will definitely be returning to Deluxe Nails.

I wanted a flower painted on my toes. The guy said he could then when it was time they got a woman. It was like a toddler did it. She tried to fix it and then just told me she couldn't and took it off. Had to go back in and had to repaint my toe due to smudging. Very aggravating. I will not be back!!!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this place. I only had so many hours to get my nails done because I am a mom. The massage was whatever. Which is fine, I know that is a hit or miss. However, she started to trim and cut nails and cuticles and it looks like she cheese grated them. When she painted my nails the nail polish is in the crevice of my cuticle! When I told them my issue they made me pay anyway and told me it was nail polishes fault, my foots fault or that it looks fine.
If you’re a mom, don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else

My fault that I did not address the issue but just wanted to be done and leave. The absolute worst nail experience ever! Everyone of my fingers bled because she cut them with the drill. Ouch!

Made an appointment and still waited for 15-20 minutes. They guy was very aggressive with my hands, yanking them back and forth. He was watching TV on his phone the entire time he did my nails. I brought my own nail polish and was questioned why I was not getting gel. Nail shape came out mediocre but I still tipped. I would not have left this review if my nail didn’t break off 3 days later. The lady at the front was nice though. Would not go back.Service: Acrylic nails

I'm from out of town and just passing through. I walked in to get acrylics done on my nails since it had been 4 weeks since I was able to get them done. Tina took me right in with no wait time and told my boyfriend that he could come back to get me in an hour. She went to work removing the old and replacing with the new. They came out beautifully. My guy came in an hour later, as she finished polishing them. Fast service and very friendly. Thank you, Tina. I'd recommend this place highly.
