I purchased a car here and had a wonderful experience! Straightforward pricing and very knowledgeable about the vehicles! They even set up a one-on-one meeting a month later with an expert to go over the car in detail and explain all the technical details. Very professional! Initially, I had gone to another dealership closer to my house looking to purchase a car 2 separate times and even made an appointment. They were extremely unprofessional and couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I’m so happy I wound up driving further afield to Darrell Waltrip. Jeff Burdett greeted me right away and guided me through the entire process. I highly recommend him! The service department has also been wonderful so far. I’ll be making the extra trek there for future servicing as well.

Went in this morning for an oil change/tire rotation and Peter Kotulsky was amazing! He was my service consultant and I was in and out in no time. Very nice as well. I highly recommend him to anyone needing services done!

Super nice employees, very professional,super nice facility and free coffee . Four phone calls and was promised a drive out car, no such thing occurred. Got here @ 9 . Still here @ 2. Factory recall work with promises made and not delivered. A total waste of my day and one hour out of my way, one way. Ellis says he's sorry.Ok but what does that mean to me? I was promised a drive out and expected such. He offered me an Uber ride . I turned it down. Walked across the street to Steak and Shake. Who owns the blame here? Me....why did I buy a Subaru? How about more straight talk and less equivocation? This all could have been avoided with a simple drop off and pick up. Instead of "yeah for sure we'll have you a drive out car ". 2:48 is my check out time! When I received my vehicle the dashboard was damaged. I'm not happy with these results.

We purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness in November 2023 from Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin and had a great experience. Mark Smallwood was our salesperson and he is fantastic. He had great knowledge about Subarus and taught us some cool features about our new car like Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH) and made the whole process really easy. The other dealership staff was also great, and I'm looking forward to taking our wagon in for oil changes and working out of their little office space and sipping an espresso.

Our van's engine died on Monday so we needed a car fast. We shopped around and found the perfect car for our family. We found it here. Michael was a great help in finding the right car for us. We bought the 2023 Subaru Ascent Limited and added a few items. The price was still under our loan amount, and we are so pleased. Everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you all.

I really enjoyed my experience with an oil change and tire rotation with Bryan. He was upfront about what would happen at the appointment - what was free and included and what routine maintenance was recommended. He didn't push me to get more than what I needed to and was so friendly and helpful. I really liked this location! I previously used the downtown Nashville location and will never return because the customer service her and punctuality were far superior. Loved everything about this appointment! (as much as you can love car maintenance)

Getting my vehicle serviced here has always been a smooth, simple, and reasonably quick process for me. Even when it’s busy, the service department continues to function efficiently and are very hospitable. Their service advisors strive to build lasting relationships between you and your service history and it really comes in handy when dealing with sudden issues on my outback. Derek Reel has been my service advisor each time and has always answered any questions I’ve had and explains things clearly. The Franklin Subaru really has a great team on them!

Ellis Roberts in Service is a gem. He really cares about his customers and has best interest in mind when suggesting any repair or additional service. Ellis is very knowledgeable and also took extra time to explain everything in an easy to understand way. I live in Chattanooga but will be switching to Darrell Waltrip Subaru Franklin for the maintenance of my Subaru Ascent due to the outstanding service provided by Ellis Roberts and the team.

This service dept is THE BEST! Went in for routine servicing plus my tire pressure light had come on twice in the month. They found a nail embedded in a tread. Kudos! Bryan Bock was great. Waiting area very comfy. All are highly recommended. Thank you!

Great service!!! I’m from out of town and had some problems with my car and Ellis was able to get me in quickly and even finished working on my car a couple days earlier than planned. He’s very kind, honest, and communicative!! Now I’m moving here and will be coming to him regularly for service on my car. Thank you Ellis!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Mechanic back talked my wife over an oil change, manager then yelled at her because I called to complain. Also tried to charge my wife $285 for a service issue they caused. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE.

We were in Nashville for vacation when on a Sunday night in July, multiple warning lights started coming on. We were leaving for home 6 hours away the next morning, so my husband took the car in without an appointment. They ran diagnostics right away for him. It was something very simple and he was back on the road almost immediately. We are so grateful for the friendly, kind service and they didn’t even charge us! We wish they were in our city.

I truly appreciate this dealership and all of the employee’s that work here. Best Dealership and Staff around!! I’m always treated like a friend every time I visit. I’ve worked with Derek several times now and he truly has gone above and beyond my expectations to meet my needs in getting my Subaru Outback Wilderness taken care of. I appreciate the Five Star service more than words can express. This “Thank You” is for everyone who helped out this week in making life a little bit easier for me while my car was being worked on.
