I was sick and vomiting and thankfully my husband is an ER physician and called in a zofran prescription. The pharmacist would not fill it and told my husband that it is illegal to call in prescriptions for family members. That was a lie. When he pointed that out, she then went to "it is unethical to call in for family members". The state boards make it very clear that in "minor, self limited or emergency" it is acceptable. She stated that it is her opinion and refused my husbands prescription order. Now my son is home from school vomiting and we have no medicine for him because of a narcissistic entitled pharmacist playing doctor. The lead member will not even call my husband back. I would switch to another pharmacy asap.

I almost quit on CVS due to horrible experiences. I moved over here and have had my faith restored. Thank you for the professionalism and customer service!!

This is the cleanest CVS I've ever been in. The women working in the pharmacy are killing themselves to keep up. They are so professional and kind. Hopefully someone called out. If not, they're severely understaffed. I really feel for them. Please get them more help. If you have a retention problem, pay more. You can't afford to lose either of these women.

Worst Pharmacy customer service I have ever received. Foolish to think they care about your health.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at CVS. I came to pick up a prescription and needed to give them my insurance and they took my information and told me to come back after lunch, so I did. When I came back, the prescription wasn’t ready and they hadn’t entered my insurance so I had to wait 30 more minutes when I came back for a third time, they still didn’t take my insurance and gave me an attitude. I ended up going to Walgreens because they told me they would transfer my prescription there time to go see if they actually do it.

Horrible experience, rude pharmacist here. Took 15 minutes for them to get my daughter’s med out to me at the window. I was told on the phone it would be 20 minutes so I came by over an hour later. The girl came to the window and took my money and said the pharmacist had to mix it. He took 12 mins. I honked ti make sure I wasn’t forgotten and he rudely said he was on many phone calls.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been. They open at 8:00 A.M. and nobody shows up until after 8:30 A.M. The pharmacist is extremely rude and talks over the patient and hangs up the phone on you. The wait to get your medication is excessive and the pharmacist does not care. The pharmacist is rude and overbearing. He refuses to listen to the patient. He talks over you and then hangs up the phone. I’m not coming here again. It’s pathetic.

These guys are the best. My experience has been that they are always personable and willing to help. As consumers we need to remember that they can only do what they are authorized to do by our insurance or doctor. I can't imagine that you would possibly get better service anywhere else.

It took me at least 25 minutes to check out at self-check out! There was an older Caucasian man at the register who first assisted me with a return. I decided to go back into the store to pick up a few more items. This led me use self check-out. I asked the older ‘gentleman’ while I was at self check out, if I could combine my $4 coupon with my $3 bonus bucks? He told me I could & he left it at that! No instructions to first add the bonus bucks (through the app) to my card, etc. This was all figured out through trial-and-error! Attempt #1 Was no good. I kindly asked the older ‘gentleman’ to void the transaction on the self check out register. He did so. It was as if he was just sitting back and watching the ‘self check out show!’ By the time I got to attempt #3 or so…I just left the items in the Q….b4 switching to the 2nd register - not wanting to bother the older ‘gentleman’ again, as I was focused on trying to figure out how to combine my coupons/bonus bucks. I literally YouTube’d what to do. It was at this point I discovered you have to hit the ‘add’ bonus bucks to your card! FINALLY, 25 minutes later… but as I told my fiancé who was waiting nearby - it was the principle of the matter! I guess I wanted to see if the older ‘gentleman’ might want to assist! It got to the point where I wanted to prove to the older ‘gentleman,’ I was going to figure it out WITHOUT his help! Honestly speaking, unless I get a coupon from CVS - I will not be returning! This ‘gentleman’ (a term I use lightly) should go through Chick-fil-A training! I’ll stick with Walgreens for my multiple-a-week trips! Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience with you! I’m BIG with customer service!!!!

I generally really enjoy the store. It's clean and well stocked and they have lovely specials however it's very "unfair" on the consumer to advertise a product that's 50 percent off but you need a card. You want to purchase the product at the amount clearly specified and want to open a card to do so but they tell you they cannot assist you to open a card due to a system error. Surely there has to be a default store card you could use in these cases as it's not my fault the store can't issue me a card and yet they don't allow me to take the product at the price advertised. It's not really fair business practice and does spoil the overall shopping experience.

The pharmacist even in COVID had his face outside of the mask, a attitude of a eastern European train station attendant in 1988. By pure chance a medication of mine was sent there because I would usually rather stick my hand into a hornets nest than deal with this guy. But since I needed it urgently I went there instead having it transferred. They had me wait 20+ minutes in the drive through.one car ahead of me. I am not making this up. When it was finally my turn I asked what happened and got barked at by the mask hater" you will have to wait like anyone else" well. Yes now I will wait. I will wait till my prescription gets transferred to another pharmacy. CVS already lowered their standards sub zero, but this went by far underground. Screw this, screw CVS in general and this pharmacist in particular. learn to treat people with at least some dignity and respect.

The pharmacy s the only reason to visit this store and it should be given a rating of 2/10. I just tried to redeem Extra Bucks Rewards...given for loyalty...but found out that they had expired. if you was to be your own cashier, wait in line to pick-up prescriptions or find empty shelves where advertised items should be, please choose this store. In fact, if you are looking for any type of customer service, you should go elsewhere.

Took me three weeks to get medication. Took the Dr two phone call and me three visits to pickup only to find out they needed some insurance info and never contacted me or told me this on my visits. Certainly glad this wasn’t an older patient that really needed medicine. I understand we are in all going through difficult times but there is no excuse for this. Do better or find a better suited job!
