THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE RUN!! Told me to come back in 2 hours to grab my prescription (keep in mind, i’m not from the area) and i come back and they said they only had 1 prescription, the other prescription is “back ordered” and told me to drive to nashville to go and get it. Forced me to play phone tag with my doctor, this pharmacy, and the nash location. This pharmacy made my fiancé waste 20 miles worth of gas. Will never deal with them ever again.

This is the absolute worst store! The pharmacy staff are the rudest people you’ll ever encounter in life!! They should all be fired! I will never go there ever again.

Horrible experience. I had my prescription sent here from my doctor and they claimed they didn’t have it and that another pharmacy filled it and that my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. So they sent me back to my doctors office to find out. I got a hand written prescription from them to take back to CVS. I get all the way back to CVS and they tell me the same thing they just told me. I told them I wanted to do self pay and they magically had it. I was then told to wait for them to put A SINGLE PILL in a bottle. Not to mention they asked for my private information by yelling across the waiting area. Do NOT GO HERE!!

I went in to look for something for my son. I couldn't find it. I was back by the pharmacy and 3 people were on their phone only the pharmacist was working. I ask a lady that was doing nothing where this item might be. I had already looked in the first aid isle. When I asked her she had no clue where it might be. She said she would ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist had told her it was on that isle and if I had any more questions to ask the people upfront. I was like wow sorry to be an inconvenience to everyone back here doing nothing. When I have gone to other pharmacys they have come out and helped me find the item. So I went upfront and asked Kathy for help. She was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her helping me look for the item.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 18 years. Today after my wife had minor surgery and was taking her home I was told I would have to wait one hour for her medication. Instead of filling the RXs for those waiting they filled them in the order they come in. This use to be a first class pharmacy but now it's a complete mess. I am sess so

I would strongly advise against using this specific CVS if you are trying to fill any ADHD medications.They attempted to make me commit to picking up from their pharmacy exclusively. I have no problem doing that for items that aren’t regularly back ordered or out of stock. However, they had no solution to offer in the case that their location isn’t able to fill my order at the beginning of the next month.A complete lack of empathy and understanding for people who depend on their medication to function.

The appearance of the CVS in Franklin Tennessee is appalling! The bushes in front are out of control, there are trees growing in the bushes and the vines have taken over. Behind the store, there is so much trash in the wooded area that I am assuming belongs to CVS also. Why don’t they see this and how bad it looks?

I learned that I could deposit money into my checking account at CVS. WhatI not was not exactly what I got. The young man at the register knew exactly what he was doing and did it with a smile! It was absolutely painless and quick!!

If i could give zero stars that would still be too high, this is by far one of the, if not worst pharmacies out there. They put my fathers information wrong, and are unreliable, and cant even meet their own set fill dates. Also very pushy. You would be doing yourself a disservice by even walking in there.

This pharmacy is the worst, rudest pharmacy I've ever been in. The guy in charge can't communicate anything except what a jerk he is. The counter staff has one girl that's miserable and ready to fall asleep. Another that's inept and condescending. And a guy that's better suited to play video games his entire life.

I understand that their pharmacy is understaffed right now. There is no excuse for telling me to come in the store from the drive-thru lane to wait on my medications if you're just going to tell me that you can't fill them before your lunch break after I've stood there for 10 MORE minutes. I WILL GIVE CREDIT TO ONE OF THE TECHS she went above and beyond to help with my mom's insurance issue the other day, but today really upset me. The reason I had to wait was because the filled the wrong meds in the first place. The front of the store and it's staff are great though.
