The retail staff are always friendly and helpful but service at the Pharmacy is terrible. Specifically Abagail the lead Pharmacist. She seems bothered when asking questions and appears annoyed when she is forced to talk with a customer. Last week a very elderly man was confused when he brought in his heart meds to ask a question. She was not helpful to him a all. I felt sorry for the old guy .

They didn’t have a lot of the items I needed. I was greeted when I came inside. Did self checkout because no one was at the register.

Just beware, even if you have no copay, and they take your insurance for the minute clinic, they will still charge you. Such a sham.

I don’t believe I have ever met ruder pharmacists in my life. I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a covid test, I arrived at 1:20 there was one car in front of me. By the time I got to the drive through they closed the blinds right as I was pulling up. I went inside to explain the situation, the pharmacist bluntly told me that she was having lunch and that I had to wait till 2pm. She Didn’t even bother to apologize, quite the opposite. She was acting like it was my fault. Sorry CVS, I canceled my carepass and will be switching to Walgreens.

Honestly, terrible service. Strange experience, the pharmacist just really didn't acknowledge me. He was typing away. A pharmacy tech finally did. Then he proceeded to tell me that another CVS pharmacy had the prescription "in process" so he want able to fill it. Out of sheer common sense, I simply asked quotation well can't you call the other pharmacy and tell them to get out of whatever system it's stuck in?" . He finally did. Then, after having me wait, even longer, even though he knew what the prescription is for beforehand because I told him, he then proceeded to tell me that it's gonna be another half an hour before he's able to fill it. I simply asked the question "Couldn't you have mentioned that so I didn't have to wait this entire time if you knew I was going to have to wait even longer?" Again, no real acknowledgment. If you hate your job so much and obviously dislike people, perhaps you should be in a different line of work. 45 minutes later -still no prescription and I have to come back sometime later this evening. Your experience may very, this was mine.

ABIGAIL was rude and condescending. At the CVS pharmacy. She said they had the prescription that I needed as Kroger did not. My sons eye was really hurting and I was doing my best to get the prescription before the pharmacies closed. I was as kind as can be but Her tone and they way she was talking I could tell she was annoyed to help me. It was around 7:30 pm and I said I’ll be there asap because they close at 8 pm. She said well don’t rush over I have a lot of people before you in a rude tone. Basically you could tell she wanted to go home and was rude in the process.

I’ve been asked to come in from the drive thru if it’s going to take a while to process whatever I need. I haven’t received the same courtesy several times like right now when I’ve been waiting 20 min at the drive thru. Either move it along or shut it down. Thinking about changing pharmacies.

DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS HERE. we printed out over 100 photos for gifts & the quality was horrible & some photos we're supposed to be on magnets, they we're completely off the magnet & hanging off. customer service was horrible & not acceptable. all they could do was give us a refund. no reprinting or fixing magnets. Again, if you want your photos done right go to walgreens.

Can't say I'm surprised at the rating for this store. I, unintentionally came just before closing. Trying to pickup antibiotics for my poor wife suffering at home with a sinus infection. It was 2 minutes before and I ONLY getting that Rx. The door wouldn't open so I figured they closed up early. Everyone is in a hurry to go home, I get it. Just then an employee came out and heard me make a comment about closing early and she shook her head, like I had done some wrong. Terrible. She could not have cared less about me in the moment. There was another customer who had arrive before me that made the early closing cut and she commented about how they barely helped her and rushed her out of the store.

I set in a drive thru line for over and hour to pick up a prescription. When I finally got up to the window the one prescription was not even readyThe girl at the window said park and come in and they could have it ready in another 20 minutes after waiting in line for and hour, CVS wanted me to park, come in and waste another 20 minutes. I called and talked to someone named "Lucas"who said he was the manager. Lucas basically was unconcerned about the customers at the drive thru. Several drove away irate with CVS. This is without a doubt the worse ran return store I have ever had the misfortune to ever use. If you can, go some place else to get anything you need. BTW if Lucas is really a manager and his name is really Lucas, CVS needs to send him back to some type of school on how to deal with the public and paying customers.
