The retail staff are always friendly and helpful but service at the Pharmacy is terrible. Specifically Abagail the lead Pharmacist. She seems bothered when asking questions and appears annoyed when she is forced to talk with a customer.Last week a very elderly man was confused when he brought in his heart meds to ask a question. She was not helpful to him a all. I felt sorry for the old guy .

Just beware, even if you have no copay, and they take your insurance for the minute clinic, they will still charge you. Such a sham.

I absolutely love the ambiance of this place they are always so nice to me and the drivethru prescription is very quick

Honestly, terrible service. Strange experience, the pharmacist just really didn't acknowledge me. He was typing away. A pharmacy tech finally did. Then he proceeded to tell me that another CVS pharmacy had the prescription "in process" so he want able to fill it. Out of sheer common sense, I simply asked quotation well can't you call the other pharmacy and tell them to get out of whatever system it's stuck in?" . He finally did. Then, after having me wait, even longer, even though he knew what the prescription is for beforehand because I told him, he then proceeded to tell me that it's gonna be another half an hour before he's able to fill it. I simply asked the question "Couldn't you have mentioned that so I didn't have to wait this entire time if you knew I was going to have to wait even longer?" Again, no real acknowledgment. If you hate your job so much and obviously dislike people, perhaps you should be in a different line of work. 45 minutes later -still no prescription and I have to come back sometime later this evening. Your experience may very, this was mine.

DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS HERE. we printed out over 100 photos for gifts & the quality was horrible & some photos we're supposed to be on magnets, they we're completely off the magnet & hanging off. customer service was horrible & not acceptable. all they could do was give us a refund. no reprinting or fixing magnets. Again, if you want your photos done right go to walgreens.

Can't say I'm surprised at the rating for this store. I, unintentionally came just before closing. Trying to pickup antibiotics for my poor wife suffering at home with a sinus infection. It was 2 minutes before and I ONLY getting that Rx. The door wouldn't open so I figured they closed up early. Everyone is in a hurry to go home, I get it. Just then an employee came out and heard me make a comment about closing early and she shook her head, like I had done some wrong. Terrible. She could not have cared less about me in the moment. There was another customer who had arrive before me that made the early closing cut and she commented about how they barely helped her and rushed her out of the store.

I had quit doing business here a few years ago because of poor service at the pharmacy. I thought I would give them a second chance. I had my provider send one prescription here and I made 3 separate trips to pick it up and 3 different times they had filled it with the wrong medication. The fourth time I had to call twice and be put on hold for 5 minutes each time. Too much frustration!

Used to really enjoy coming here to get my prescription every 3 months. It was easy and convenient for me. But now, I can say that the last 5-6 times I have come here they have made it such an inconvenience for me. At least 4 times they've given me my old prescription that I have canceled now THREE times. After the first time cancelling it, I don't know why I still got the wrong thing so many times. Also, when my Dr. called them to refill my correct pill, they literally told my doctor no and that I don't need it refilled. To no ones surprise, they were wrong and did not have my prescription, so they wrongftold my doctor no for no reason. That day I needed it and have to drive to 3 other CVS locations to finally get it. They also never admitted to it being their fault when it so clearly was. I sat in this location of CVS for over an hour that day Last time I came here, their system was down and they sent me away without my prescription. The people who work in the pharmacy are either amazing and helpful or just flat out rude. Anyways, I write this review as I have been waiting in line (behind only ONE car) for the past 20+ minutes........ I can only feel bad for the car who has been sitting at the window for that long. Update: they finally got to me- lost all my info in their system. Wonderful.

Prescriptions were sent to this CVS for meds I've had filled before at this location. I never heard from them (discovered later they input my phone number incorrectly), so I went by three days later and was told they had not filled the prescriptions even though they'd received it. Really don't know why they hadn't filled them. Went back 2 days later and they had filled them INCORRECTLY! The order was clearly for 90 days, which they did on one med, but they'd only filled for 30 days on the others. So now I have to waste 45 minutes waiting for them to get their act in order. Feeling like I should be wary of whether they even gave me the right drugs. Frankly, these folks suck. Time to find another pharmacy. Can you say "Hello, Walgreens"?!?
