*** best auto shop ever fair honest pricing**
I’ve been to many auto shops before as I own a bmw and can’t ever get a realistic price on my car. I understand they don’t prefer to work on German vehicles but I needed a simple piece replaced and they were fast and honest. EuroFix and bmw of Nashville wanted 9k to have it done but, they only charged me $2,900 and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic tests that took a week as they couldn’t find the issue for a bit. I was genuinely shocked how good of people they are here. I have some LED lights on my car with wires that have been hanging for a bit but I’ve been to lazy to fix and they took some zip ties and fixed that for me without me even saying a word. That’s how I know they really care about what they do and the quality of their work if they went out of there way to fix some cheap lights. will be recommending this shop to anyone I know that brings up car troubles.

Great service, they do diagnostic for free before charging for labor to do any work. Priced fair and competitive. Reliable. Good work. I recommend my friends to them and they’re happy with the results.

UPDATE: Jamie and my Dad talked and Jamie confirmed that my review is, unfortunately, correct. One of their senior mechanics worked on his car, and they just had a meeting about ethics. However Jamie offered to make it right, even offering to cover the cost of the repair at the other shop. 5stars for Jamie, 1 star for mechanic.
EDIT TO RESPONSE: He has the quote (and all previous service receipts) and will be contacting you!
Dude quoted my Dad thousands to “fix” his 4Runner but offered to buy it from him if he didn’t want to go through with the repairs. He went to a different shop and it was fixed for only a few hundred, mechanic at that shop said they were crazy for the quote. Sounds like the Crutchers guy was just trying to get a deal on a 4Runner. So maybe if you have a ‘vintage’ V8 … look somewhere else.

Didn't even charge me to look at my car after I hit a pothole and blew a tire. After having it replaced elsewhere I dropped it off for further inspection here. I can only imagine that speaks character to the quality of their work when a service is required.

Crutcher’s has become my first choice for auto repair in Franklin. They have the combination of factors that most people desire when searching for automotive repair. They do really good work, they don’t lead you into unnecessary repairs that are not really needed, their turnaround times are always reasonable, and their prices are very fair considering the high quality and consistency of their work.

During the recent cold weather our car would not start and we called Crutchers. They gave us a timely appointment and referee us to a tow service that quickly arrived and took our car to them. Crutchers did a thorough assessment and our older car need extensive repairs. We chose not to fix the older car and when asked, Crutchers referred us to a local company to sell our car to that gave us a fair price. Crutchers went above and beyond and did not charge us anything for this process. We were extremely greatful! They are such an outstanding company and we will certainly use them again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you use this honest, hardworking, local company!

While I don’t like spending money on auto repairs especially a rebuilt engine, I feel a sense of ease and satisfaction with work that was done. The owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Great work and a fair price so I highly recommend Crutchers Auto Repair for complex engine solutions and quality work.

Fairly priced, knowledgeable, fast and honest They won’t push you to get something done. I took my highly modified Jeep to three other highly reputable places. Crutchers confirmed the problem with the first visit.

Had an accident about 3:30 PM. They would not help because it was too close to closing time. And no I did not copy and paste this or make a mistake. I’m not in your database because I’m not from your area. I was traveling through, had an accident on 840. I called you on the recommendation of a friend in the area. I was told it was too close to closing and that your business could not help me. I ended up having to get my car towed an hour and a half to Nashville. It’s still there waiting for parts. This has cost me thousands of dollars and I don’t appreciate you implying I’m lying or mistaken.
