Had a minor accident in my driveway where my trunk got dented and bumper paint scuffed up. Car was driveable, however, where the trunk dented one of my taillights could not go back in so there was a hole into my trunk so needed this repaired. All other body shops weren't able to get me in until several months later, but John at Creswell Body Shop got me within a few weeks.Impeccable attention to detail on getting it right and John was meticulous in finding another trunk that worked since he ended up not being able to repair my dented one. I didn't go through insurance and the price paid was extremely reasonable. I would guess that if I had gone to another chain body shop, the quality of work would be shotty at best and the cost would be much higher than what I paid!Highly recommend Creswell. I don't need the coffee sitting lobby with the TVs - these folks are cut and dry and get things done to try to help the customer as best as possible.Services: Body & Trim

I brought my car in last year for a quote and was told that a quote would be emailed to me. I waited a couple of weeks and called back saying they were busy but would work on it. I then called back two more times in the next couple of months leaving voicemails and never received a call back or quote. I would have appreciated it if they would have told me on the front end that they didn't want my business so I wouldn't have wasted months waiting on a quote.

Creswells has done a number of repairs for me over the years. They do beautiful work for a fair price. The cars look like nothing ever happened to them.
