We stay at this hotel every time we are in cool springs. Mr. Mark was the gentleman at the desk for check in and he was very kind.

The gentleman behind the desk was very pleasant and let us know he was upgrading our room without us asking for an upgrade. It was deeply appreciated, and the room was excellent. We didn't get his name but would like to thank him again for the upgrade. And the advice on traffic in Nashville.We were there on Monday, January 26.Nearby activities: Pizza Twist was nearby and their food was excellent.

First day was decent but was followed by a horrible last day. Woke up to ants crawling all over the bathroom and biting my feet. The front desk clerk was everything but empathetic/apologetic (he looked at me like I was stupid). Photos were taken before I left and the key was just left on the counter. Not pleasant at all.

No one was at the desk when I arrived. I heard someone watching a movie in the back office. Poor front desk etiquette when he decided to come out. Room A/C wouldn’t regulate properly. It was either hot or cold. Bed pillows were just throw pillows with a sheet. Fixtures falling apart in the bathroom. Not a good experience for a comfort inn. I’ll pick Marriott next time.

Reasonable accommodation in a location close to shopping. I would have to say customer service training is required by Mark the manager by who greeted us picking his teeth and total indifference! His lady colleague on the other hand was pleasant and accommodating. On the plus side, good pool although the water was somewhat salty.

You would think that when you pay upwards of $200 for a hotel, all details would be addressed. The carpet in the elevator was almost black with dirt. There are no HDMI ports in the room. The toilet paper is wafer thin and feels like wax paper. These are all addressable issues that show a disregard of cleanliness and upgrading to new technology, while charging a premium price. Won't stay here again until it's a Quality Inn for $69. At least that way, I'll know what to expect.

Was in town for business, and this was a great hotel. The rooms were clean, the front desk clerk was respectful and informative, and it's completely non-smoking. I will absolutely stay again when I'm back in town. The only negative was that there were no USB connections at all so it was hard to charge my phone without a plug in base.

Dryer was broken, Accessible lift for the pool broken. Stayed 5 nights asked for room to be cleaned on 4th night was not cleaned when we returned. Told front desk I asked Cleaning lady to clean she said no problem. Front desk informed me I was to ask them. Finally on last day got clean sheets. Needs major updating and better front desk. Not helpful at all. Wi-fi was terrible. The response for this review seems very standard. I booked this hotel so my disabled daughter could use the pool and all I get is we will do better. REALLY. For the price I paid and the lack of amenities you would think you would at least offer me some points.

Nice rooms, windows are dirty. The standard breakfast that you get at other Choice Hotel is provided.....far from a "Full Breakfast Buffet". No plain oatmeal. Not real friendly.

Rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. This is in a very safe neighborhood, and walking distance to a few good restaurants and a mall.

Mainly writing this because Mark worked the front desk at check in and was solid. The only complaints I saw were about him, but he was courteous and quick. Pricey for a Comfort Inn, but that’s because of the location. Our room was clean, the bed was nice and firm, and there wasn’t much noise. Didn’t try the breakfast because we went out.
