We had the pleasure of working with Ruch from Colten Mortgage, and we couldn't be happier. Ruch was very responsive and communicative regarding our clients and helping them understand all their options as well as navigating through the loan process. There were a few difficulties that came up with the loan and the title company, but Ruch went above and beyond his scope of work to make sure we got everything accomplished and the home closed prior to it going to auction. Highly recommend!

I had a great team to work with at colten mortgage, Don and Ruch was the best loan officers till the very end. The whole process was transparent and honest. Those two guys was responsive to my questions and concerns I had within mins and I had an abnormal work schedule. I don't think you can get that anywhere else. I will definitely be looking to use them again in the future.

We connected with Ruch through our realtor Fereshte. We are so glad she recommended him to us. When we connected with Ruch we had already been working with another company for months and were very dissatisfied. At the time my husband and I were trying to put in an offer on a home where the offers were due the next day and Ruch was able to get us pre-approved in less than 24 hours! We didn't end up getting that home, but fast forward two months later we finally closed on our home.
