Since my first purchase of our Triton over twenty years ago to my most recent endeavour of ordering a new Caymas, your service is top notch. Pre-ordered a prop and paid over the phone, was told it would be ordered and ready by 9:30 am the following morning. I drove over an hour and when arrived, I was told by the service guy that he had forgot and the prop was not ordered. To say the least I was not pleased. He took offense that I was upset. He went to a manager after I complained and I was told that I could get a refund or the prop could be delivered in 1.5 to 2 hours. I had no choice but to wait. I went back and even bought some gear lube and as I left, this same man, said " I hope you never make a mistake". This was just poor customer service, No apologies or anything. I won't be going back. This a nice place with a lot of accessories but not worth the disrespect, that I received today.

My Dad and I purchased a boat from Clark Marine Sales and had a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the sales team @ Clark Marine. They explained everything about the boat that I purchased in January. Jacob informed me of the meaning of all the paperwork from the sale. I would highly recommend Clark Marine for your boating needs!

Where to start with Clark Marine?… These guys are the whole package knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. When it comes to customer service these guys could hold a seminar on how to treat a customer, before during, and after the sale. From the time I contacted them about purchasing a new boat 3 months ago until it had its 20 hour service done this week these guys have been great! A special thank you to Ryan, Austin, Bob, Trent and Stuart! You guys have earned my respect and business! If your looking for anything to do with boats give these guys a call you won’t be disappointed!

submitted a credit app, 3 days pass, no response, no contact,, ask them to cancel my offer and app,no response , no contact,, Seems they are doing so well and the sales staff are so busy cant respond to a prospective customer,, even though they have a very limited number of boats for sale, avoid them and look elsewhere

Fantastic Guys to deal with. I had my seals for my hydraulic steering go out a week before I had to leave for a weekend event. The guys got the parts in and replaced just in time for me to leave. Service has always been great and really fair pricing.

I was in need of a new boat trailer. So I called around and Clark Marines was the best price and the best at getting back with me and finding information for me. They were able to get what I wanted and found a package that was cheap had everything I needed and a thicker frame. When I got the the guy I was talking to wasn’t there because of vacation(understandable everyone needs some!) and the next guy knew exactly what I was looking for and he was able to show me how to properly put the boy on the new trailer. He also was able to help me out with depth finders(because I’m new to them and don’t know a whole lot about them). I will without a doubt be going to them for any big problems I get even though it’s a 3 hour drive for me. Outstanding service!!!!

Ryan went above and beyond. Helped me with all sorts of things you would not expect a salesman to do. Really appreciate his service and assistance. FYI Don't forget to mention the credit card fee for purchases over $3k when doing online says. I do not carry that much cash on me :)Ryan: A+++++ service!
