I love this wine and spirits store! Every time I purchase it is always a great experience and the selection is impressive! Thank you to John and Jason for helping me select specialty wines, bourbon and Veuve to give as gifts. The cocktail recipe ideas for the event were a big hit, so thank you for these as well.
Great service and advise!

We are visiting for a few days from utah and wanted a bottle of wine for the night and ended up choosing this place. We walked in at about 8:35pm (their hours say they close at 9pm) and the worker asked if he could help us find anything. We didn't understand his accent at first so he was obviously annoyed very quickly that he had to repeat himself. My fiance asked if they had any local wines available and he gave a very snarky no answer.
We proceeded to try and look around but he wouldn't stop asking us questions and each one got more passive aggressive as he kept going. He said things like, "we're actually closing up but I figured I'd let you in anyways", "you don't actually have any idea what you want, do you" and "actually, kroger has wine". I couldn't believe how attacked I felt by this man when all we wanted to do was buy a bottle of wine so I stated we were going to leave. To my dismay, my fiance still tried to buy a bottle and the worker refused to sell him any. This happened an hour ago and I'm still in shock at how we were treated.

Either the owner or manager was beyond rude within seconds of us walking into the store. Either because we weren’t locals, didn’t initially hear him/want his help, or because of the color of my skin. I’m really not sure which one it is. He wouldn’t leave me or fiancé alone and kept repeating the store was about to close [it was 8:40, store closes at 9] finally my fiancé left the store before getting into it with him. Which is when he told me that kroger has wine. Which i then said “ill just take this one” while holding a bottle of wine. But he said “i’m gonna have to refuse to sell to you” not giving me a reason. Again I have zero clue as to why, besides maybe he just wanted to close early. But I was ready to check out, there was no need to treat me like that the entire time i was in the store and especially after i had made my decision, no thanks to him or his constant yapping.
Awful experience, avoid it like the plague if possible. Ended up going to kroger after his suggestion, in silence, the way wine should be bought. Not with someone in your ear telling you the store is gonna close soon. And funny enough they had a better/larger collection of wine.

I'm a 48 year old, black (this will become relevant) woman, born and raised in Franklin, TN. I can't remember ever having an unprofessional, unsettling shopping experience as I did there on 11/13/23. Here's my best recollection of my visit. When I walked in the salesperson was on the phone. He didn't greet or acknowledge me at all. The lack of acknowledgement happened to me a previous time I visited this store. Another brown skinned guy enters after me. The salesperson yells loudly at the guy, "HEY!" and aggressively snaps his fingers to get his attention so he could check the guy's identification. He seemed to exhibit a neurodivergent affect. The salesperson repeatedly asked what I was looking for, after I told him I wanted to look around, and I didn't know what I wanted that evening. I start looking at a display of mini bottles perpendicular to the sales register. There's a good amount of space between those areas. I asked if it was ok to enter that area, so I could look at the brands and varieties displayed there. He made a face, didn't answer, and started helping a woman who wanted to check out. The sales person grewn very anxious while I was looking at the bottles there. He eventually pointed at me and said, "You can't have that bag in here." I said, "My purse?" He said that my purse didn't look like a purse, but it's a bag. Men definitively know this how? This man didn't because I was wearing a crossbody purse. He said customers aren't allowed to have bags in the store. Again, I said, "It's my purse." As I turned away to look at other items, he started discussing with the customer he was checking out whether or not my purse was a bag, and how he didn't believe it was a purse. This felt weird so I walked away to look at other things. I return to that area to look again, and I pick up mini bottle, and hold it up in my open palm. The salesperson gets anxious again about me standing in that area and asks again what I'm looking for. He's perplexed as to why I was in the store if I didn't know what I wanted. I said sometimes people know what they want, sometimes they don't. In an accelerated, agitated state he says, "I'm not going to argue with you people anymore." First, I'm a person, not people. I ask, "Who is you people?" He holds up still photos of what appears to be brown/black skinned people in their store. He said those photographed people robbed them. After pointing at the photo, I said, "Just because those people did that to you, doesn't mean I'm going to do that. I'm not those people, I intend to buy what I want." Then he raises his arms up and raises his voice, and says, "I'M NOT STEROTYPING! I'M NOT STEREOTYPING." I don't remember the rest. I left. . .bought nothing. I never raised my voice, and I never matched his agitation level. This was the first time I've EVER had a customer experience like this in my hometown. The way I was treated has no place in Franklin, TN or anywhere in the world. If you're reading this, and your skin is brown, be warned you could have the same experience as I did. Thank goodness there are other liquor stores in Franklin that won't treat you like this.

Always have what I'm looking for in stock. Dependable. Friendly staff, always eager to help or answer questions I have. Cashiers always have candy for the kiddos forced to shop for booze with the parents at checkout.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Been here several times and each time the Cashier was not interested in customers. Plus there is limited selection of wine and beer. There are better liquor stores in the area with more competitive prices. Would not recommend

Trash. Cashier is only friendly to the saleswoman he's trying to sleep with. Anyone else in the store he ignores or treats like dirt.

The staff is very rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place, and after having multiple bad experiences, we will not be shopping here again.

The place was an excellent establishment with incredible variety of choices and very well presented. The owner, or at least I think it was the owner, was very kind and spend a long time listening to my long winded child talking. He was very sweet and gave our children candy and spend the time to get to know all of us. I wish more people were like him. I definitely recommend the place.
