“I am writing to commend Christina at the Enterprise car rental location in Franklin, TN, for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. I recently contacted this location following a serious car accident that resulted in the total loss of my 2023 SUV. Understandably, this has been a stressful and traumatic time for me. When I called the Franklin location yesterday, Christina answered the phone with such enthusiasm and energy that it was immediately clear she loves her role at Enterprise.
I informed Christina that I live closer to this location and provided her with a reservation number from my insurance company. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Christina was refreshingly honest and straightforward. Within seconds, she informed me that she could not provide a car for me immediately, but if I could be flexible, she could realistically have an SUV with three rows available for me by 3:30 PM on Thursday.
I understand it must be challenging when SUVs are in such high demand, and I truly appreciate Christina's effort to accommodate my needs. Her sincerity and willingness to set realistic expectations were truly appreciated. During a time when I have been dealing with considerable trauma, Christina's kindness and empathy made a significant difference. Her honesty and genuine concern are rare qualities in today's customer service landscape.

“Had a good experience while test driving. Not much wiggle room on pricing. Also, have not had follow through on set up of promised "work owed". I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.”

There was one time they didn’t have a car in the vehicle class I’d requested and they were courteous enough to call me in advance and let me know. The employees have always been nice and courteous as well.”

“I would like to give a special shot out to Nick at the Franklin Tn Hertz. We landed at the Nashville International Airport and there weren’t any cars available. We booked with Hertz in Franklin, Tn and had to catch an Uber there. When we arrived Nick told us that there weren’t any cars available and that we would have to wait. He then proceeded to take phone calls and explain the situation to other customers who weren’t as pleasant as my wife and I. Nick quarterbacked the entire dilemma with zero stress. With in 20 minutes he had all customers in cars and out the door. He handled the situation like a Roll Tide Quarterback. Nick I’m a 27 year Navy Sailor and we could use your leadership in the Navy.
