Michael at Car Bazaar in Franklin is very personable and kind. He allowed me to have a mechanic look at a vehicle that I was interested in. No used vehicle is perfect, but I wanted to make sure that I was able to handle the condition of the car as is. Unfortunately, it did not work out for me, but someone else will be able to enjoy it that has a little more money than I do to put into it. This is not the dealerships issue, and Michael was very kind and understanding and gave no pressure to change my mind.

Michael is a great guy, very honest and accommodating. My wife and I flew in to Nashville for a 2008 Audi S5 v8 MT and he made the whole process nice and easy and even stayed after hours for us to close the deal. Highly recommend!

I live in Connecticut, and buying my Mini Cooper from Car Bazaar in Tennessee was a very easy experience. Even though the DMV in state of Connecticut gave me a hard time registering my car. Michael from Car Bazaar didn't just say "well that's your problem." He went above and beyond to help me through the process of getting the car registered in my state. I really appreciate the time you committed to that process man. Thanks Again. The car is Great :-).

I bought my daughter's Mini Cooper almost 1.5 year ago and the car is running great! Michael was very easy and there was zero pressure to buy. In fact the entire process was smooth and painless. I did not get the arrogant vibe I'be gotten at other dealers for being a woman. They were so great they drove my car home for me because I didn't have a way to get it to my house. I am glad I bought local at Car Bazaar.

The whole process of purchasing my car went very smoothly. I came in late in the day on a Friday, and I knew going in that I would have to wait to finalize the sale. Michael was on vacation, but still called me on Saturday (while I was out of town) to help move the process forward. I returned Monday morning before the credit union was open, and we got all the dealership paperwork done. Then, as soon as the credit union opened, we got that taken care of, and I drove away very happy.

Quite the selection of high end and performance cars that are priced very well. You can tell he takes pride in every aspect of the business and this extends to the quality of the vehicles on his lot. Easily one of the best dealers I have worked with and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I will definitely be working with him for all of my car purchases from here on out!

Quite the selection of high end and performance cars that are priced very well. You can tell he takes pride in every aspect of the business and this extends to the quality of the vehicles on his lot. This was my first ever car-buying experience and it went very smoothly! This dealership offers a wide variety of quality vehicles at a low price. They are very transparent and work hard to get you everything in a timely manner. From the time I walked in the door for the first time to the time I drove off the lot with my new car, I felt at ease throughout it all.There were a few very minor issues with the vehicle, some that I was made aware of prior to purchasing and some that I noticed after purchasing. Michael and the team took care of all the issues in a timely manner.Highly recommend!

The whole process of buying a vehicle from this lot set off flags for me and I kick myself for not listening. I won’t go into the details but I will say please take your time to read all the necessary papers and check things out, truly know what you’re getting yourself into. Don’t get rushed into closing quickly. BUY THE WARRANTY!…oh and bring a friend, family, spouse, neighbor or someone cause having Michael helping you solo while you sign paperwork as he continues to share/say the most inappropriate things is too much!

Do not buy a car from this place. What a headache my vehicle has been. My intuition said no small car lots I wished I listened to myself. If I can save one person this post is worth it. I implore you to look elsewhere.
