They also cleaned my car so well before they gave it back to me that it looked like a brand new car again!

The work was well done, and they kept me up-to-date on the repair timeline. However, they could have communicated Better about repairs. For example, I had to take the vehicle back to get an item fixed that the insurance would have okayed if they had gotten in touch with me.

This is the 2nd time I have used Caliber Collision. And I have to say from start to finish they do amazing work. My representative there kept me informed and my repair looks amazing. They also clean your car inside and out. I would highly recommend them for every car repair! Great job to all the staff!

Great experience overall. The staff are very friendly and courteous! They kept me informed throughout the process and were on time with the delivery. Michelle is so sweet and kind. They did the job so well, I am very happy with the service!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone, who was extremely helpful. They weren’t able to do the kind of work I was looking for, but he directed me to two highly reputable shops that are also local to the area. Very nice folks!

I needed to get my car repaired after a not-at-fault accident. The work mainly consisted of body work and a paint job on the front of the vehicle.
Caliber Collision was recommended through my car insurance agency, and I absolutely agree with their recommendation. The staff did a great job of explaining the estimate/repair process, working with my insurance company, and ensuring that the repair was done correctly. They even honored my request where possible to use OEM parts, which I greatly appreciated.
The staff were very kind and informative. My service supervisor made sure I was informed on the status of the repairs and made sure it was done correctly.
The only downside was that it took about a month to finish the repairs, due to delays (which they promptly informed me of), but I understand that it is the nature of the industry. It was also soon after a pretty major hail storm, so they were already backed up with existing repairs.
Overall, I would highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle!

Whatever you DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT send your car to get fixed here, unless you want to spend over double the amount it should cost. Listen to the other 1 star reviews! My husband sent his car in for hail damage and a broken windshield. They told him they would order all the parts before he brought his car in so that they'd have everything ready to go. LIES. He dropped it off and had ZERO communication after of any updates. He called 2 weeks in and would be put on hold and hung up on. He finally got a hold of someone who told him that the car would be done in another week and gave us a date. A week went by and the date came. We got a text saying the car would be ready that day. We called before we left to see if it was ready to be safe and they told us THEY STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THE WINDSHIELD IN YET!!! we thought y'all had ALLL the parts but no. Another lie. he told us the beginning of next week and at this point my husbands insurance wouldn't cover the rentals and it would start costing us 275 A DAY! We can't afford to be spending a crap ton of money on a rental, we just don't have that kind of money...that day comes and they said they were missing ANOTHER part and pushed the day to the next day, that day came and NOTHING. ANOTHER 275 pulled from our account we have spent now almost 1000 dollars in a rental PLUS gas and we STILL have to pay this shitty place 500...Y'all HAVE to do better. We should not have to pay for yalls obviously really shitty supplier to get their shit together and send parts that should have ALREADY been there BEFORE we dropped our car off...WASTING OUR MONEY AND TIME. Bad communication and LIERS. I get if some things happen but if it happens more than once, no excuses. 4 weeks going on 5 for a cracked windshield and lil tiny dents on the car...ridiculous

Worst service I've ever experienced, little to no communication that's cost me a lot of $ and time. I've been waiting to get my car back for a month now, my service advisor hasn't contacted me or responded until I got visibly frustrated with this situation. Staff is so rude and unhelpful when I've been trying to find information on the vehicle's status, I've been put on hold/hung up on multiple times, and it took 2 and a half weeks initially just to get a pickup date. Don't take your car here, if I could give y'all a 0 I would. Do better, I know your customers time doesn't matter to y'all but it should

I have been waiting to get a call back for 2 years on fixing an issue with my running boards. I have called multiple times and was always told I was going to be getting a call back. Never did then when I called last week they all of a sudden have them so we scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they never painted them. so now I have to wait even longer and hope they actually paint them so I can get them installed. I would highly recommend taking your car somewhere else. There were 3 massive complaints while I was there for 10 minutes. You can tell they do not care for there customer service at all.
