My husband and I renovated our home in 2024. We ordered cabinets from Cabinets to Go in Franklin. The only reason we are giving a 2 star rating is for Miranda. While sometimes we would go days without hearing from her she did try her hardest to make things right.
As far as product/support, I cannot give them more than a one star. While the cabinets look good to the eye their construction quality is subpar. Do they serve their purpose yes, but quality isn’t very high on the list. Instructions are just a page long when putting it together. They did offer installation at an increased cost of $4,000+/- . We opted for us to put them together but you getter better instructions on what you order from IKEA than here. We got warped products, items either were not sent or told that we didn’t need it.
Their customer care team doesn’t care. They are to say anything that wasn’t sent is an extra cost to us as the consumer. While I understand it’s a company to be ran customer satisfaction isn’t being upheld. Word of mouth can be a big part in a companies reputation, and at this time, I cannot say I’d recommend them.

I ordered cabinets to re-do my 3rd kitchen with Cabinet To Go. There was a hiccup and things weren't delivered when expected. When I contacted the store, they identified the problem, corrected it, and made some adjustments to my order that helped ensure the best delivery, kitchen layout, and saved me money. I can't wait for my new kitchen to be installed!

Having cabinets purchased and paid in full in January 2023 not complete still March paid for install from subcontractor, missing cabinets and still no counter tops. Not returning calls or following up. Recommend not to use this company. Was promised Cabintes 3 weeks.

Cabinets to go will not get my business againThere were so many mistakes cabinets came damaged it took way too long to get a replacement that I had to use the damaged cabinet because the counter tops were scheduled for installation they said if I could make the damaged cabinet work they would refund me the money for that cabinet but then they refusedThere were other issues as wellThere are better companies that actually have great customer service

I worked with Genny for a kitchen installation. She was super helpful and friendly. She was able to help us find our dream kitchen and go trough the process in a timely manner. She was able to help us find an affordable budget but at the same time find an amazing kitchen.
