You know when you think, I wish I knew more about cars but I don't so I have to find someone to trust? I have the business for you. We have trusted C&F for years with the care of all of our family vehicles. This local family owned business provides great customer service, honest, friendly no nonsense car repair and advice. They have maintained our newer cars and kept the old ones going too! They're busy so you need an appt but they always get you taken care of. Thanks to C&F we're all still rolling!

After reviewing the ratings I thought it would be a good idea to give the shop a try in regards to my wheel alignment and brakes. At no point was anybody rude but the bottom line is I paid for a services but did not receive exactly what I paid for. I came in for a wheel alignment and gave them two opportunities to accomplish this but they weren't able to. Granted, there is a slight possibility that the transmission place that worked on it before them has messed something up. However, there is no excuse for the following occurrence. I came in for a brake check and they said I did not need front rotors just the rear. And that they could do rear and front brakes completely for very good price. Upon driving away I immediately realized that the brakes were still vibrating just the same as before. When I called to complain they said oh you must need front rotors. At this time I had already paid them what I had put aside for a complete front and rear brake job ...so I couldn't bring it back for this additional repair they said I didn't need. Had they diagnosed the brakes correctly in the first place. I would have budgeted differently and prioritize differently so that I would have been able to get it done. Bottom line is I paid them for a wheel alignment and brakes because my car pulls to one side and my brakes vibrate, and here I am, driving away with a wheel that pulls to one side and the same vibrating brakes. This happened summer '23. It's now almost December and the experience still causes me stress because I'm reminded daily of it each time I drive.

Highly recommend. Very happy I decided to stop in. I needed a tire plugged and they fit me in during my lunch break and fixed the tire for me in no time. Very nice and professional. This is where to go for custom lifting your SUV/ Truck (Lift Kits), tires/wheels, brakes, etc. Nick got rid of the six month old lift kit I had another company install. Because of the very heavy equipment I haul in my only medium sized truck, Nick slowed things down and would add parts to the suspension, have me drive/test it for a week, and then over leaving it there at the shop three different times he would get more parts as necessary and tweaked everything perfectly (instead of buying and installing a Lift Kit). Nick isn't about maximizing the money I spent, rather getting my truck just right! I had to make an appointment to see him, but then he was the only person I dealt with after that happened. He is totally into his craft and takes incredible care of his customers!
