My friends and I went to this build-a-bear to get bears for our graduation and everything was going well until the employee ringing us out accused us of using an inappropriate name. The name for the bear was “Hachi” which is from an anime, Nana, and she accused us of naming it after cannabis. She said that was Spanish for cannabis which is very offensive considering we are all Hispanic and she is a white lady. We will never be coming back here after this discrimination from employee 0069143. Do better.

Tiffany made a stuffed monkey for daughter. She was so wonderful. I literally thought we needed to tip her by the end. It was a really great experience and our daughter loved it. It really blew us away.

This is by far one of the best Build-A-Bear workshop locations! When you walk into the store, you are greeted by two of the most cheerful, knowledgeable, and fun employees you could ever ask for! No doubt, they love their jobs and they know how to have fun with it! The two Build-A-Bear phenoms I'm speaking of are Cary (Bear Builder) and Evie (Store Leader). It felt like these two ladies have been doing this forever which is why I was surprised to learn that Cary has been an employee for merely one year and Evie only 6 months! These two no doubt are assets to this location. I've never had more fun stuffing animals with my daughter than here! Lol .. so I highly recommend this location if you want to experience Superior customer service and have a ball doing it. This Build-A-Bear location happens to be inside the Cool Springs Galleria Mall in Brentwood, Tennessee!! Be sure to stop by and say hello!

My 5 year old just celebrated her birthday at Buil-A-bear and I can not express how HAPPY we were with our experience! I was able to easily book online, received a phone call from the store a week ahead to confirm and they were ready for us right when we walked in the door. Brenna is, hands down, the most patient, kind, easy going party leader. My child had 5 other friends join us and she was able to keep them all reined in and engaged. The kiddos had the best time and it was extremely affordable. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for an easy yet enjoyable birthday party for boys or girls! Thank you so much for being so accommodating

Store associate was so amazing and so sweet to my 3 year old. She involved him in filling up the bear and was very personable.

We got to the store 15 minutes before closing and we were in line with The products we were buying and they told us to leave because they close soon despite us being in the store well before they closed

I am very disappointed. I took my sister in for her 40th birthday. She has been down because of other things going on in her life, including a recent divorce, so I wanted to do something fun to help her celebrate.Everything was going fine until we got to the register. A employee named kinnie was very rude when we were explaining that it was my sisters birthday and how fun the shop was. She rolled her eyes and just told us the total with no response.We also asked her what the store hours were for the weekend because we were planning on bringing back my nephew to get to experience build a bear too. Kinnie told us she did not kno and said she had no way to check.Otherwise great experience!

Read the other reviews for this place some of the employees can't be bothered in-person. Don't bother calling this place they'll hang up on you faster than you can finish asking a question.

My experience at Build-A-Bear in Cool Springs was a mixed bag. Initially, I encountered Kim, who judged me like I was on trial, and casually suggested I check the clearance rack in the back. Can you believe it? When I asked where the princess dresses were, she barely lifted a finger, just pointing and saying, "Over there somewhere."Then, like a breath of fresh air, Tiffany came to the rescue! This woman took the time to personally guide me through the princess collection, even recommending accessories to match. She turned what was shaping up to be a nightmare into a delightful experience. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGSo yes, while Tiffany was the star of the show, Kim's sour attitude left a stain that's hard to overlook. I'm seriously considering giving corporate a piece of my mind. One employee lifted my spirits, but the other nearly ruined the entire visit. If you’re gonna visit go when Tiffany is there she’ll give you the best experience
