Had an appointment schedule for 7/30 and was told it would take a week to a week and a half for a simple dent and wheel repair. Inquired after 2.5 weeks and was told on 8/9 that the car will be ready on Monday 8/12.
Fast forward my truck was not touched until at least 8/14 (yes, I can check the location through my cars app). Add to that during their “final inspection” the paint was not right and needed to be repainted.
A full week later, even though repaint takes 2-3 days tops, I pick up my truck today on 8/22 and during my visual inspection see that they put a ding along with multiple scratches on the rear bumper. Additionally the interior was littered with paper, handprints, and I even found a screwdriver when I got home.
Unapologetic and said that I need to “contact the owner” to remedy the situation.
What was supposed to be a simple 1.5 week repair has turned into an almost 4 week ordeal with no end in sight now that a NEW ding they did needs to be fixed.
Keep in mind my truck was 3 months old, garage kept, parked away from others in public spaces, washed twice a week, and now it’s just been trashed around.
***Update***. After washing my car over the weekend the paint job is even worse than I could have imagined. Multiple drip spots and the edge of the bed was either not clear coated or there is significant over spray. Waiting to see what they do after pointing out all these issues.
***FINAL UPDATE***. After working with Mike (owner) he personally walked my truck with me to ensure complete satisfaction and they took care of the rental while they redid the work. Appreciate his thoroughness and made sure I was good with no issues.
Should have never got to the point it did; however, Mike stepped in and made it right.

This review is specifically for Tony! He is an ANGEL. My little sister and I brought in her car that had run into a pole five minutes before the shop was set to close. We were thinking that we'd just leave the car there overnight and have it looked at in the morning. But no...Tony came out, regardless of the fact that it was now past closing time, and personally problem solved until we figured out a solution for her to be able to take the car home that night. He then proceeded to do some car wizardry magic and got it in good enough shape to last her so much longer without needing to spend a ton of money on a repair. It is so clear that Tony and Brown's Body Shop truly care about the customer and are not at all in it just for a profit. I was amazed at his level of care and thoughtfulness in providing her with a "make the best of it" solution, rather than pushing a really expensive repair. Tony is a fantastic person! Give him all the raises. Thank you Tony for saving the day! :)

I had the best experience! I came in and Tony did everything in his power to help me! He was professional, efficient, and truly cared about my situation and my car. I wish every mechanic was like him! What a blessing from God him and this company were to me! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else! I trust this company with my car completely.

Dented my Rav4 and took it to Browns for an estimate along with a couple of other places for estimates.
Browns gave me a great price for the repairs and was able to get me in fairly quickly.
After the repairs were done my Rav looks like nothing happened.
Cudos to the gang at Browns who did an excellent job along with being friendly and overall making a dented car look new again.

I backed out my wife's Audi and partially knocked off this mirror. Chris looked at the damage and assessed a new assembly was needed. Well 30 minutes into polishing out a mark on the other side his body guy had fixed the mirror, connecting the wires and setting it to work. This extra effort saved me $3,200!! Honor, integrity, kindness was greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris & Brown for making our day! God Bless.... Bob

A gentleman recently hit my Lexus. His insurance picked Brown’s, at first I was wondering if they were a good shop as I had already picked another shop to do the repair but I just rolled with it and WOW— leaving Brown’s today after the repair I feel like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. They are phenomenal. If you need body work on your car and live in a 50 mile radius of their shop— don’t even consider going anywhere else. They are a well oiled machine and have 5 star customer service, from helping with my rental to bumping up my repair in their schedule due to a clearing on their end, they absolutely went above and beyond. I seldom write Google reviews but these guys and gals deserve it. Thanks Brown’s!

Received an estimate in December and did not get an appointment until April. I received a call 5 days prior to confirm, I told the guy, I received an email within the week, that they would not accept my insurance. He knew nothing about it! After he had me on hold, he came back with some “bad news” the owner (refused to give her name) no longer accepts my insurance so they will not fix my car. This has been 4 months waiting! Sounds like Brown’s Body Shop is to big for their britches. I am certain if the shoe was on the other foot, she would be very unhappy with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.The truth is, this is BAD business!!!

What a great group of people making what was damaged look like new. They did what they promised on time, and the quality of craftmanship is had to find these days. Wife is happy so I am very happy. Brandon got me out of the dog house. Lucky to have them in Franklin County.
