This facility has gone above and beyond every step of the way. I arrived Wednesday in excruciating pain with plans to fly to see my parents on Sunday. I hadn’t seen them in 3 years and my dad isn’t doing well. When I told them that they made me and my ability to fly an absolute priority squeezing me in for appointments, talking to my insurance company and updating my every step of the way. I can truly say no organization has demonstrated a higher level of customer service. Ritz Carlton stand aside. This is a job for Bone and Joint Institute. If I can’t fly on Sunday it won’t be for lack of 1000% effort and dedication by this team.

Have been a patient of Bone&Joint since 1999…and would not go anywhere else. Always receive excellent service from nurses, PAs and Doctors.

Had such pain I was yelling in the waiting room. Dr told me to take a hot bath. I wondered why no one was at this place, now I know! You should be aware that they are not associated with TOA in Columbia. TOA actually believes in helping you. Should have gone there in the first place.

My injury was completely mismanaged by Dr. NIcholas Strasser. He ignored my calls and attempts to reach him via the Vanderbilt portal. Never given a second xray after reinjury after second falls. Reported to Vanderbilt Administration

The bone and joint clinic was very Professional and Curtis they took the time To listen to my complaints answer my questions and when they got my test results, they took the time to go in great detail to explain my results and give me my options. They also listen to my complaints and concerns. I am still under their professional care
and would highly recommend them

I will never go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs. I’ve had my neck, back, shoulder, hands, elbow and ankle done and I’m still going! I don’t hurt on a general basis, I can do whatever I want. I’m 57 and no one’s gonna keep me down because these people fixed me!

Really had a great experience at Tn Bone and joint . Jon Tisdale is likable and so easy to talk to . As a senior , I appreciate and like to recognize to take the provider takes the time needed to have the patient understand the process!
