His insurance picked Brown’s, at first I was wondering if they were a good shop as I had already picked another shop to do the repair but I just rolled with it and WOW— leaving Brown’s today after the repair I feel like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. They are phenomenal. If you need body work on your car and live in a 50 mile radius of their shop— don’t even consider going anywhere else. They are a well oiled machine and have 5 star customer service, from helping with my rental to bumping up my repair in their schedule due to a clearing on their end, they absolutely went above and beyond. “Joseph Wells who evaluated my car was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Above all else, he displayed incredible integrity in the assignment and recommendation for my cars repair. It would have been easy for him to tell me your car needs to be painted. Instead, he evaluated the situation, made the repair and I was on my way home. “Well, let me see. I was a driving my Ford up in the hills. Ran across bigfoot at a dead run chasing squirrels. Starting followering it as fast as I could. Knocked a few panels around when I tailgated into a couple trees. Bout that time my dam jar of moonshine spilt all over me. However, my wife said I tasted good with all that shine on me. Thank yalls for getting all that fur outta my grill. I guess you know I caught up with Bigfoot. And he sure smashed up my trucks grill, so I smashed up his rump roast into ground patties and he enjoyed a grill the 2nd time.Oh and yalls did a hell of a job on my truck.
