Got our van in, checked out, and brakes/rotors replaced within a couple hours. Very timely and polite. Also a plus that they are in downtown so we could explore Franklin while we waited.

I just moved here from out of state and had some problems with my car. A co-worker suggested Bobby’s Automotive and they were fantastic. They got me in right away and were able to fix my issue and also work on a few other things I needed. We found Bobby's through a reference from another auto garage that wasn't familiar with working on turbo's and our daughters car was pulling some codes saying it was having issues. With us being on the other side of the country and she is new to the area and knows very few in the area - it was so nerve wracking that she was having car issues and we couldn't be there to help her or make sure she wasn't being taken advantage of, etc. They took such good care of her car, took the time to make sure everything was good, fixed up, etc. They made sure to stay in contact with my husband to talk things through and just went completely out their way and went above and beyond. Nothing like what happens on this side of the country. Our daughter has found her area Auto Service and will always recommend Bobby's. And we can't thank you enough!!!

There was a day I did. But last two times, and major expense, I had to go another location after Bobby worked on my vehicle. First time was when he changed the condenser in my truck. Didn't put truck back together correctly and had to take truck back to get put together properly. Eventually took to another location to fix what Bobby's could not figure out.Then the engine they put in my son's vehicle. $8000 to find out later they did a bunch wrong and we are redoing the entire engine again. Redoing heads, etc because Bobby's didn't take the attention to detail seriously. And they lost a customer who used to brag on the service Bobby provided. Never again. Save yourselves a ton of frustration and money, pay more somewhere else but get it done correctly........

I was very grateful to find this shop and the fact that they were able to help me out the very next day for an overheating issue, unlike all the other shops in the area which had no availability for several days and some over a week out, and they were the best priced in town as well. Very respectful and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend and will definitely be back should another issue arise. Thank you.

Nice guys and fair prices! They got me in and out with all new brakes in one day. Very happy because I’d never gone there before but my usual car place couldn’t fit me in for three days and I had an upcoming road trip so I had to get the brakes fixed in 24 hours. Grateful that Bobby’s Automotive took care of me!

I have referred several friends and family members to Bobby. He does outstanding work, communicates well and above all, is honest about what your car does and does not need.
