I have been back to Binks 3 days in a row now, trying to get the right Hooka shoes. I have ecountered professional and kind help all along the way from Jamie and Tyler... Then last night, the 2 young men working at the counter were exceptionally helpful and fun! While I modeled my 2 final sneaker picks, they each took up their roles seriously as 'fashion judges'. In good humor, they played along so well to help me make the right purchase. GREAT staff!

The Retail Director contacted us and turned a difficult situation around. She ordered a new jacket for our granddaughter and worked hard to solve it. We will remain customers for life and are very thankful to Kim.

We went when they were having a yearly sale and at first I thought they were closing. But overall it was a nice store.

The customer service here was amazing! They are having a yearly 40% off sale and the store was super organized and clean! Staff were ready to help and if they didn't have what you were looking for, they'd video chat the other locations!

Walked in and looked around for about 10 min. The guy working there made eye contact with me and not once asked if i needed help. Went across the street to get the shoes I needed. Terribly customer service on account of it being non existent

custom service is lacking... I found a pair of Chacos that I was ready to purchase... And the straps did not adjust... There are no help in finding them for me in the back... And I asked if when they did come in if I could get a discount because I didn't get them today and she said no not at all we don't give discounts so they have just lost my business completely

The staff at the Murfreesboro location were great. It’s so nice to go in busy stores and actually get helped. They’re very helpful, professional, and accommodating. They didn’t have my size in a boot so they quickly checked the other location and are shipping them to my house. Highly recommend Binks!!!

BEWARE OF TERRIABLE POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! I bought a North Face Hoodie and got home and noticed the seam on the arm was not sewn correctly. It had a 3 inch hole in it. I took it back to exchange it and was told I needed to send it to North Face myself, and have them exchange it. Won't shop here again!!!!
