On Saturday, May 25, my husband and I attended a wedding in Arrington, TN. We decided to spend the night nearby and secured a room at Baymont by the Wyndham in Franklin, for one night. We secured our reservation with our credit card when we left the wedding and drove the 8 miles to the Baymont. In that short of a time, we were told by the front desk operator that they had no more rooms and to try another hotel. We ended up at Days Inn for a wonderful stay. However, when we returned home on Sunday, there was a charge to our cc for over $91. THEY CHARGED US FOR A ROOM WE DID NOT EVEN ENTER as again, the front operator told they had no more rooms. I have filled out all the surveys and have had to explain this issue THREE times!! WAKE UP Belmont in Franklin, you can do better. PLEASE credit our account asap. IF THIS CHARGE ISN’T RECTIFIED, we will have no choice but to call a complaint to Corporate offices. Thank you!!

For the price point and the comfort of the room, feeling safe and having access to several restaurants close by, (plus the pillows and bed were soooo comfy!) I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly workers and a decent breakfast included with room, but the room was a little bedraggled and the bathroom needed some cleaning. We could see mold where the tub and surround met and also where the sink and counter met. Bathroom floor scuffed. A stain or drip on the bedskirt.

This is a great hotel and the kids loved the pool area! Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. (Waffles , eggs, yogurt, bacon, sausages etc)...Clean rooms and comfy beds...Overall this is a great property and i would definitely stay here again!!!

It was terrible. I was just staying one night, traveling through the area and needed a bed to sleep in. When I walked up to the room I noticed the door to my room was open, not latched shut. I was a little concerned but kept an open mind. Once I walked inside I was greeted by a strong cocktail smell of must and fabreeze like you couldn't imagine. So bad that I considered leaving after an hour or so due to the headache I was getting from the odor. When I left and arrived at my destination the next day, all of my belongings reeked like must and fabreeze. Aside from that, the room was about 75° and damp when I arrived, there was hair in the shower and the soaps were empty. The most recent reviews of this joint have to be fabricated, don't waste your money here.

All across the board everyone and everything is 100%, I would get rid of some of the tainted towels and wash rags, Hand towels towels and go to more plush towels but other then that it is excellent

The room was very comfortable. A great breakfast with a variety of foods. The location was good for us as not that far from the airport when we were flying back home again.

I need it somewhere to stay on my way home to Florida and I am glad I found this Wonderful place. I was staying by myself and it was very safe. Stuff are friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend it.

Mukesh is AMAZING! I've been on a travel assignment and stayed at this hotel for 8 weeks and it was very convenient location wise AND you rarely receive dove products in hotel room so that was a MAJOR plus ! I highly recommend this hotel over a few others in the area !

A real hidden jewel. It was such a great surprise and the beds were so comfortable. Room was clean with plenty of towels and soap. Television had many channels so I did not have to miss any games. Breakfast was so good and fresh with bacon and waffles included. The staff were friendly and really helpful for someone who had to travel on Christmas Day.Rooms: Really clean and beds that are so comfortable. Great flat screen TV with plenty of channels to watch.Safety: In a great quiet area with no problems being able to walk around.Food & drinks: Breakfast was hot & fresh with waffles & bacon included. A great value with nicely seasoned potatoes.Noteworthy details: It is hidden behind a Cracker Barrel but once found was clean and quite. I real surprise for the price paid.
